Feb 27, 2025Beautiful resort, superstar service from staff.
Such a lovely place to stay! Not too big which I prefer. Staff were really apologetic about the beach being rocky but I loved it. The staff were the biggest highlight to our stay. Shoutout to Manuel! He was so friendly and super helpful to anything we needed help with, he was a superstar for sure! The server's and bartenders were also super lovely. The buffet was really nice too and open often which was really nice. We had such a great stay and I can't wait to go back.

Buenaventura Grand
Sofie was the sweetest. She was great with the kids and helped with so many activities! We appreciated the entertainment while we stayed at the Buenaventura Grand. She led water aerobics and karaoke as well. We visit every year and have had great luck visiting this resort. It's the vacation our kids ask to repeat every year.

Fun and relaxing stay
Michael & Desiree here, My wife and I had our 2nd visit to this hotel. From the time we checked in with Julio to the time we checked out, it was a relaxing and amazing experience. From the Super Bowl party to the Mariachi Band, dancers and singer to other evening events, they were exceptionally prepared for, and fun. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, but I must single out a few; Noberto to greet us in the doorway, Cathrin in the dining hall making sure we had everything we need from day one to the day we left, and Dahlia creating her outstanding omelets always with a greeting and a smile. Fausto was always attending MANY people by the pool with courtesy, and a smile. Very impressed with how the entire staff was dressed professionally with detail to clean, pressed and neatly tucked in attire. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for creating a relaxing and memorable experience!

Overall a great place to stay. Friendly staff who work very hard. The location is really convenient. The lounge chairs at the pool fill up quickly in the morning but there is usually room on the beach lounge chairs. Nice selection of food and drink.

Great location. The beach is quite nice in this spot and less crowded than further south into PV. Great staff. Friendly service. Rooms are good. Buffet is just okay. Not good at all for people with allergies. They ask if you have allergies but don't do anything to accommodate. Food is not labelled at all beyond the name of the dish. This is not meant to suggest you should not stay here but want to forewarn gluten free folks or vegetarians. Gluten free is the hardest to find in the buffet.
