We booked a 2 night stay at Hilton Canopy Cancun. We felt at home with a clean room and very kind staff. The bellboys, maids, waiters, everybody was so professional and polite especially Jonathan. He is a very kind and humble person. He gave us personal attention and helped us a lot throughout our stay. The hotel pays attention to small details, you can notice its experience in hospitality. Really recommend this hotel.

Prime location & amazing service
What stood out to me during my stay here was the service. Everyone greets you by your name and is always in a good mood that it puts you in a good mood. Our valet guys Rene and Jonathan went above and beyond for us. Rooftop pool had good vibes with a saxophonist and rooms were very clean. On top of that, the shopping mall is connected next door which was great to have on a rainy day we had. I would definitely recommend this place and I intent on returning.

Massage with Lidia at Canopy
Lidia was great!! Very relaxing and I felt revitalized afterwards. My body felt so good. The purple drink afterwards is really tasty. Highly recommend getting a massage while staying here. Scheduling is pretty flexible. The spa is open 8-4pm.

The place itself is nice and conveniently located. I will start with the positives for two stars * Amazing food and * Brunch. Now for the real experience: 1. Terrible front desk staff: namely Pedro (rude as can be) and Dafne. Day staff 2. Shower door has no stripping and bathroom floods through bottom of door. Call front desk for towels to clean flood. Crickets. Night front desk staff didn’t care. Towels came the next day when housekeeping arrived and retrieved the message. 3. The carpet in the room sinks down from the main vinyl flooring planks. Be careful. Husband rolled his ankle. 4. Virtual assistant is AI assuming it since it repeats the same message over and over. Was also no help with getting towels for the flood If you come happy to be on Cancún be prepared to start off in a very unhappy note from the moment you walk in.
