At the heart of our expansive Orlando area hotel is our 250,000 gallon free-form pool complete with winding 75-foot waterslide and two rejuvenating outdoor whirlpools. Our sprawling pool-deck area is dotted with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and cabanas, and adorned by tropical foliage and swaying palms. Escape from the Florida sun and take a nap behind the cascading waterfalls.
The safety of our guests is of utmost importance to our staff. Attendants will check to make sure your child meets the 42-inch minimum height requirement in order to use the slide unaccompanied. If the child is shorter than 42 inches, an adult must accompany the child down the slide. In addition, floaties and water wings are not approved for use on the water slide. Only United States Coast Guard (USCG) Approved Personal Floatation Devices may be worn.
Caribe Royale guests can now rent our beautiful cabanas on our pool deck. You receive use of the cabana with upgraded comfy lounge chaises, free internet, a cooler of bottled waters, chilled towels, two free frozen drinks from the pool bar, use of two plush beach towels for the day plus a discount on services in The Island Spa! It's a great deal and they sell out quickly so make sure to reserve yours at our fitness center!
- Spa †The Island Spa offers nail, massage, and complete body treatments that are designed for ultimate relaxation. We also feature facial and waxing treatments. While open daily, Spa hours and pricing are subject to change seasonally. Feb 19, 2025Terrible customer service. Terrible check in process that took over an hour. Chemical burns on both children and adults
3 y/o grandson and son in law got chemical burns from hot tub. Took over an hour to check. Staff rude when issued my complaints. The customer service is pathetic. I would never recommend holding an event, conference or meeting here. I definitely would never expose my family to this place. The term suite is ridiculous.

Feb 17, 2025Do yourself a favor stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek!
Spent Valentines weekend there with my husband. The hotel is beautiful but we encountered so many inconveniences that it took away from the relaxation of the trip. Upon check in we were told that parking was limited due to an event so we would have to park a little bit further than usual. Unbeknownst to us we would have to drive around and around to finally grab a spot buildings away and across a bridge which was very inconvenient to say the least. Lets just brush that off and head to the pool to unwind from the drive only to find it was packed with hundreds of kids and their families that were in some Tae Kwon Do tournament at the resort. Due to the massive crowds there were no chairs and no towels. Starting to get frustrated but wanting to keep rolling with the punches we figured we would just sit in the hot tub for awhile. Forget about that they were being used as kiddy pools with close to 35 kids in it at a time. We literally just went up to the room to relax before dinner because it felt like we were in a circus. For dinner our first night we decided to try the Stadium Club. The menu had some interesting food items we wanted to try. I will say the club was stunning but due to the Tae Kwon Do takeover they offered a limited menu with about 10 things on it. We were very disappointed. On the way back to our room after dinner we witnessed the kids climbing over the top of the wall to get into the Venetian Chop House. It was just entirely unruly behavior being exhibited by the children and parents. For the price it was most definitely not worth it. I felt like I was staying in a Holiday Inn Express. Lastly I woke up this morning to check out to find out that they billed me $700 in suite fees. This required a trip to the front desk. The woman explained I wax double charged for taxes and fees and I was credited close to $400 but it would take 5 business days. I guess I'm glad we arent living check to check. We stay in resorts once a month but this one is just not up to our standards and I would never stay again. Do better Caribe Royale!

Wow! I joined a business conference at this location and it was just about the fanciest conference I've ever been to. The resort is beautiful, the suites are clean and the staff is excellent. There's a conference center that's separate from the leisure portion of the resort, which was great.

This place is amazing
This place was incredible. So spacious, so inviting, and so much to do. Never mind the fact that it’s about a 3 min drive to Disney World. My family enjoyed the pool all day on our 2nd day, Andrea was our server, she was awesome and went the extra mile to make sure we were having a good time. At night we went to Stadium Club, which is such a hidden gem of a sports bar. Yari and Amanda provided incredible service and Gio the manager stopped by the table to make sure everything was going well. At every turn…pool attendants, cleaning staff, and the folks that work at Starbucks were so friendly and kind. Hospitality off the charts with some great food and entertainment on top of it, definitely staying here again with the fam.
