    A special hotel that checks all boxes!!

    The TA reviews are spot on,,, Rooms, rooftop pool, breakfast, & great customer service are all excellent here! The location is perfect inside the walled city! Special recognition to Staffer Erick, who went above & beyond to fulfill all our needs & make our stay fun and relaxing!!

    First time in Cartagena! Great Stay

    Amazing!! Alan and Jose and Chapo and the rest of the staff were incredible. The made us feel extremely welcomed and taken care of! Two minor issues with the room and we came back to it fixed the next day. Very kind and attentive staff. 10/10, will come back

    BOOK IT. Amazing Hotel

    AMAZING! The food, the staff, the location, the hotel. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. The staff went above and beyond to make this a memorial trip for my husband’s birthday. Even surprised him with decorations and a cake at breakfast. The food at the hotel was some of the best I have had while in Colombia. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The location is a round the corner from the action, quiet, but still close enough to it all. The hotel was clean and beautiful. I can’t express enough how great the stay was here. The pool is spacious and on the rooftop. Our flight left at 3am and the staff arranged for our cab to be there at checkout at 1:30 am. I felt completely safe during the stay. I have no complaints and will definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed staying here. BOOK IT :)

    Very nice small boutique hotel

    Excellent small boutique hotel. Very well located and services staff amazing. Always willing to help, friendly and respectful. Drinks at the pool very nice at sundown as well as breakfast Definitely repeating on our next trip to Cartagena.

    Happy Birthday at the Hotel Casa del Gobernador

    Fabulous boutique hotel in the walled city of Cartagena. Service by the staff was exceptional from the minute we entered and were greeted by Fabio. Hotel was updated, clean and our room was well adorned and spacious. Staff- Fabio, Harold and Alan went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was also wonderful with many choices. We also used the cozy roof top pool and had drinks at the bar. Our first time in Cartagena and I would highly recommend staying at this property. Staff made my birthday trip with my husband one to remember. We loved the boutique hotel experience.
