Our flight was delayed and we stayed overnight. Briseida at the front desk helped me so much. I left my clothes on the balcony and it rained! She had my clothes dry for me and really saved my day. Really nice hotel,The room was very clean and we had a view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and good food and service. Located near lots of shops and restaurants. A bit noisy at night.

Nov 06, 2024We stay here when scuba diving Cozumel
We love staying at Casa Mexicana when scuba diving in Cozumel. The location feels safe and we can walk to most of the wonderful restaurants in town. The rooms are clean and perfectly acceptable but not luxurious. They are plenty good enough for us to stay here every time we come to Cozumel. The breakfasts are tasty, and I really like an omelette every day. Sinthia in the breakfast room is a sweetheart. All the staff are very friendly.

Great hotel
We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great. Enjoyed the sun deck watching the cruise ships. Very convenient to all the restaurants and bars. If you are in Cozumel for the Carnival, it is a perfect place to watch the parade.

Been coming here for years
We have been coming here since 2014. We always feel like we are home. We have never liked all inclusive because we like to explore the area.No better location than here to do that. If you are a diver the dive pier is just out front. Also we love how clean Casa Mexicana is.

Casa Mexicana Superior.
Everything about this hotel is great. The maids are wonderful and really know how to clean The towels are big and heavy. The views and location is great. The pool is small but refreshing with a great view.The breakfast buffet is exceptional and included
