From the moment we arrived the Staff here, especially Rosc took exceptional care of us, we were greeted by 3 staff that took our bags to our room while we were able to quickly checkin and get into some much needed rest after a long day of travel. The restaurants here right on the resort offer many great variety with its own flare. The pools are amazing and the beach/Sea are breathtaking at this location. I will recommend to all of my friends to stop by and check on Rosc before our next vacation.

Amazing food, amazing service and very nice atmosphere. Exceptional service, catering to different dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend and would go back. Particular note: the prawn pad Thai was delicious, and the tuna sashimi.

Vacation dinner with our family
Fabulous meal with the family. My two daughters myself and my husband had delicious starters. We then ordered our main meals and each of us loved it all. Jovany suggested the dessert which we had and shared with one another as well. It was a perfect night with even better service!

Tao Cat is amazing!
Thank you to Patricia and Johany for the lovely meal! We appreciate the warm atmosphere and flexibility with scheduling. You two are fantastic representatives for Catalonia and we will definitely be returning to Tao Cat soon! Be sure to make this part of your trip to Cancun!

The most wonderful experience!!!
This was by far the best holiday my family and I have ever experienced. It is all due to the staff! Everyone was so incredibly warm, lovely and so caring with our children (6 & 2). They are also SO hardworking!!! And all to ensure you have a memorable experience. Beginning with Mario at the front desk who welcomed us. We had an issue with my credit card upon arrival and he so thoughtfully took care of it temporarily until we could address in the morning as it was obvious my kids were hungry and exhausted. Francesco, located in the buffet area we saw every night for dinner. ALWAYS with a smile; always going out of our way to ensure our drinks were filled and that we were happy. Jacqueline & one other server at the Margarita pool (I can’t believe I forget her name?) were so accommodating and also kept our drinks full, even bringing extra fruits cups for our children when she didn’t have to! Briana at the creperie always made my daughter and I laugh; always saying hello and down for a quick chat. And the entertainers - my goodness - just incredible!!! there is a woman with the most gorgeous smile and beautiful white teeth. she was so so so so kind! Everyone truly does not get enough credit and my husband and i were so thrilled to have thought to change money before we left for tips! Also, the staff literally like, scrub down EVERYTHING ON A DAILY BASIS - floors and all - as soon as the sun goes down and at dawn. It’s amazing! Essential for anyone with a 2 year old/toddler. And your rooms are sparkling after a clean and smell like it too. I can’t understand any of the people who complained/criticizes this place?! Esp with young kids! Even the crafts for the kids were thoughtful and amazing along with the little activities they had during the day for the kids. Our only negative - and when I say negative, I mean just odd - experience was on our first night. We ended up going to Beloved bc we weren’t familiar with the buffet and other options. The vibe in the place was so bizarre?! Our waitress wasn’t half as warm as any of the other staff we experienced during our stay. I found her robotic and not at all pleasant. The food we were served for the kids - their pasta was only halfway cooked through! I only knew this bc the baby barely ate when she normally goes full on for pasta and so I tasted it. Our son however, was so hungry that he ate it, poor thing lol. I’m glad we didn’t judge our first dining experience on Beloved, - it was terrible. All in all, thank you thank you THANK YOU for the incredible vacation. We will see you all next year God willing! TIPS: - If you are a family with young kids, book as a Privilged guest. I found it more than worth it! We were constantly pulled off of any queue and seated immediately in a separate area for Privileges guests. We got 10% discounts every time we bought anything in the stores. They do go out of their way to make you feel like a VIP, I found. - We booked a Privileged Swimup Suite. It was AWESOME! Your very own little pool which is nice if you want the kids to have a little break and can sit and watch them play. - Change money before you leave home for tips. It truly makes a difference!!!
