This was our second visit to Coconut Bay and it was just as great as our first trip five years ago. The staff is fantastic. Plenty of dining and bar options from very casual to more refined atmospheres. Food was very good. Rooms were sized right for a family of four. The location is nice-5 minutes from the airport. Paradise beach bar was a nice place to visit. This place is great if you have young kids, older kids, or no kids. St Lucia is a beautiful county with plenty to see and do. Hope we can make it back to Coconut Bay!

Amazing honeymoon
My husband and I just spent our honeymoon at Coconut Bay and we had such an amazing time!! The grounds are beautiful, the food is absolutely amazing but what really made our trip was the staff. They went above and beyond, were super friendly and fun. I highly recommend visiting Sage and Dillion at the Harmony Bar, they are so much fun! In the lobby bar visit Nick, Godfrey, Dee and Jedi, they were awesome! For an unforgettable experience go have dinner at La Luna with Gina. She provides top notch service and gives you the best one on one experience. It costs extra but so worth it! Tip: if you book during a full moon you will get a once in a lifetime experience moon rise! Thank you all for making our honeymoon and trip so amazing and so much fun!! Best 10 days I’ve had, can’t wait to come back!

A great place for adults and kids!!
Where to begin? We were met at the front desk at check in with cold drinks and smiling faces! So many activities for adults and kids to enjoy! The staff all around, was amazing with one member that just stood out! One of our waitstaff, Bertha! She just made us feel special and like part of the family! Your business is a better place because of her! The food, from breakfast, to the snack bars, to the reserved restaurants at night, were incredible! Over all, just a wonderful experience!! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful island!! A true paradise!!

Fun for families with young adults
We were a group of 10 (two families of five with young adults – college aged and mid 20s). All have been to multiple islands multiple times and it was the 3rd time to St. Lucia for 2 of us. We found the large resort to have many amenities which suited our group. The adult side was conveniently located adjacent to the family/kid side, so we had easy access to a quiet pool and hot tub area as well as to noisy fun, the lazy river and waterslide. We were particularly impressed by the well run hotel booked excursions. A single company handles all the transportation for Coconut Bay so an excursion van does not stop at any other resort to pick up guests along the way to a destination. The transportation to the airport is reliable and as others have reported, the airport, is only seven minutes away. ( we timed it and most of the trip was spent rolling out of the spacious property). Surprisingly, the resort does not run on "island time" transportation as well as dinner reservations ran on time. There is a little of everything at this resort, including an animal rescue/petting zoo on property with a friendly little dog Lucy. Entertainment was fun- from a surprisingly great country western performance to an over 21 foam swim party and DJ. We noticed that many guests missed the “real” beach. Coconut Bay's Paradise beach is only a 5 minute walk from the pools but few people go. The quiet serene area has a stretch of sand, which is cleaned diligently by a seaweed comber daily. There is a drink hut, hammocks and water sports. The water there is aqua blue and warm even through it is on the Atlantic side. We immensely enjoyed swimming at the beach. However, for those used to thr crystal clear still water of the Caribbean sea, there are moderate waves so the water is not as clear. Overall, it’s not high lux, but we thoroughly enjoyed Coconut Bay for its fun laid back island vibe and cleanliness - no wonder families come for generations!

One of my favourite hotels
This was an amazing hotel, it had a water park, a kids club, a pool bar, and much more exciting things to do, but my favourite part was the buffet because the food at the buffet was delicious and health With lots of different food options and drinks
