Don’t go!! Find a better hotel
Staff was friendly but that was the only positive of the resort. Food was horrible and the quality of the food did NOT match the price paid. We were on the 10th floor and every morning we’d be woken up by delivery trucks delivering and their backup beeping. There weren't enough chairs at the pools. One of the 3 elevators was broken the whole time we were there. One of the kinda working ones, had a bunt out bulb, so you couldn’t see what floor you were stopped on. Same one didn’t have its safety reaction program correctly. They are supposed to open back up when something hits the doors while closing. But this one didn’t…. Safety of customers should be number 1 priority. Our family left 3 days early because we were having such a horrible trip.

Don’t stay at the coral
Do not stay at the coral. The rooms are beaten up and not updated. Think badly in need of an update holiday inn. We had to move rooms four times because of flooding. They had the gall to say that on our second day we couldn’t be in our rooms from 11 to 4. What exactly am I paying for? The coral is also the furthest from everything. Don’t do it.

Great Spring Break Trip - Lots to Do!
My family and I stayed at the Coral over spring break and it was a great trip. The property is sprawling and has everything - large aquarium tanks with all sorts of sea life, numerous pools, easy beach access, great restaurants and more. My kids loved the rapid river which the Atlantis’s take on a lazy river. The beaches are protected which is great for young kids who aren’t ready for large waves. One of the coolest parts is the sea life. The property has large aquarium tanks with sharks, manta rays, and all types of fish. There’s also sea turtles. There’s a separate dolphin area which costs money but you can go and watch from a distance without paying. The property has lots of restaurants from casual to upscale. We tried Bimini, Silan (Mediterranean), Fish (seafood by Jose Andres) and Paranza (Italian) which were all great. Everything is cashless so you can charge to your room or do Apple Pay. The rooms are fine - not bad not great. Half of our group switched to the Cove which is much newer and more upscale but we were rarely in our room. One thing to note is that the property is massive. There’s a free shuttle that takes you between the different buildings but you will walk a lot. Overall, the Atlantis was great and we would definitely come back.

Celebrating my wife's 50th birthday
Great resort with so much to do. My wife and I went to celebrate her 50th birthday. We were able to take advantage of the private edge reserve beach with less people and enjoy the waiter service. Beach and sand were beautiful. Staff super friendly. Great restaurants although a little over priced. Pools were great with many to choose from. Casino fun as well. Room was great with private balcony. Whether you are a couple or family you will truly enjoy it. Will definitely be back

Family vacation
Amazing resort with so much to do, even for families! The extra complimentary activities like the poolside movies were a huge bonus and so memorable! We felt SO safe, customer service was outstanding, and everything you could need was right there!
