The pool was freezing and our rooms weren't ready until after 4pm on check-in, but overall it was a decent experience. The restaurants were good, and not TOO pricey. The grounds were clean. And the rooms were clean. Was hoping for a warmer pool considering it was cool outside (70s).

Most beautiful resort and beach ever stayed. Will go back again. Clean, great food and nicest staff. Room was quiet and steps to the beach, weather was perfect for us. Aquarium and property is amazing. Casino was fun even won a little at slots. Enjoyed the movie theater for no extra charge.

This is one of the best resorts we have been to. It has something for everyone and the property is just beautiful.
This was the best trip we’ve had. We loved the food, the water park, all the extras. My daughter swam with dolphins right on property, which was nice because in the past we’ve had to use an entire day for that excursion. Everything was just a dream come true. I would recommend this to any family. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.

We had a couple little problems but they gave us a little credit Towards our room to compensate- beautiful view from our balcony - room is a little dated at the coral but all in all it was very nice - also our maid Shawn was fabulous any problems or needs she was all over it for us -

Atlantis Escape
Well managed Resort with a great variety of activities and dining. The facilities were pristine and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will return. My three friends also mhad the same experience. The Casino was as professional as Vegas.
