Check in was easy and quick, our room was ready when we arrived early in the day. The staff members were all attentive to any needs we had. Each drink is made from scratch with fresh fruit etc. so it can be a bit of a wait but well worth it. I found the location to be quite windy compared to other resorts we stayed at, this was okay when we were there because it was very hot. The food was good for an AI. Entertainment was fairly quiet, if you're looking for a party you will have to go off resort. We generally don't go back to the same place twice but this hotel is an exception and we would go back.

Nov 18, 2024Stay away if you want a quiet and quality vacation
If you want a quiet vacation - stay away from this resort. They have no concept of volume and music. It literary blast almost all day. Many request to lower the volume had no affect. It was totally impossible to conduct a conversation or even read a book. We book a cabana to be able to relax while still outside, and not getting early to get a good spot (typical for Mexico vacation). Because of loud music, cabana usage became a moot point. So staying outside and enjoy the sea and sun became a huge issue. Unless of course you walk to a neighboring resort. This resort has only buffet which is good. One night however they had an a la carte service. Menu was short and food was at best mediocre.

Anniversary fail
After choosing a room and booking on the official Iberostar.com website, I received a quote with a 48-hour deadline to secure it, so I paid within 24 hours, excited to plan a special anniversary trip with my wife. But when we arrived, we ended up assigned to a first-floor room, which wasn’t what we had hoped for to avoid the loud events. After traveling from another country and being tired from the journey, the whole experience took the excitement out of our vacation before it even started. They make you helpless. I can't just fly back. Disappointing experience.

Excellent adult only in Cancun
Some thoughts on the Iberostar Cancun Coral level. The Coral level is the adult only section of the Iberostar Cancun. Both resorts are high rise hotel so pools are shaded in the late afternoon (4p), but beach had great sun. 20 minutes from the airport. Beach- was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. Great for walking and playing in the waves. Water was so warm. Pool- small but mighty- it had everything we needed. Love the comfy chair covers. Plenty of towels available all day. And the service was incredible. Food - we had access to the restaurants on the Cancun side and the Coral. The Coral had a small buffet for breakfast and lunch which had more than we could ever want. Grill are by the pool was quick and easy. The food everywhere was excellent. The lobster at the Coral was amazing. Service- was amazing. We were asked by so many staff members what they could do to make our trip better. Everyone was incredible kind. I felt like they really cared about our options. Entertainment - was ok. We found the Singers and the Mexican folklore show very good. But we felt like we might have missed something’s because we didn’t know where it was going on. Pool activities were ok, could improve on this making them a bit more interactive. Love Sady, Santiago and Leo around the pool bar area. Communication- the Iberostar has an app to use but it was not great. It was difficult at times to know where the activities were happening. They really need to do a better job at communicating with the guests on all activities. Overall I loved this resort and would return in a heartbeat. If you love beach, beautiful blue warm water and great food and service this is the place to come

Awesome restaurants
This is the third time we have visited Iberostar Coral Level and they really make you feel special. The restaurants are so good, with so many great and yummy selections on their menus. At one of the restaurants we had the opportunity of meeting yolania, and she was genuinely interested in talking with us and hearing our opinion about the meal we had just eaten. We told her we really enjoyed the meal and the service was top notch. I highly recommend Coral Level and their restaurants .
