A wonderful resort situated in paradise. Beautiful scenery, fantastic well supervised activities, amazing food, great entertainment, beautiful clean accommodation and most notably - wonderful, friendly staff always on hand to help. Best place I’ve ever stayed.

Converted skeptics
As seasoned travelers, we are accustomed to snafus along the way. What separates the ok from the exceptional is how the resort responds to a difficult situation. Well, we had a “situation” when we arrived. The a/c was not working properly in our suite. It was just too stuffy to possibly get any rest. Staff attempted to service it, but couldn’t resolve the problem. The next 24hrs were unsettled in our bouncing between rooms. The front desk mngr brought Ops. Mngr., Nadia into the problem and she took control. WOW! We have been blown away by this resort and its staff. They have been nothing short of spectacular and turned what could have been an awful experience into a very memorable one. Beyond the staff’s response to our “situation”, we love the layout and charm of this property. It is very clean and kept up. Difficult to do in harsh island environments. We have enjoyed our meals and the attentiveness of the staff. You can always cross paths with an unenthusiastic staff member, but these folks across the board, in all the departments that we interacted with, are waaay above expectations. Quick example of the mngmnt attentiveness, I mentioned to Nadia that she may want to look into the lighting in a particular area of the resort where I took a little header because I missed a step. The next evening we were walking by the area and it had new lighting installed. That type of quick follow through of mngmnt is impressive.

Couples still deliver
Another close to perfect vacation with Couples. First, impeccable service with smile. Second, food was very good, specially in the by reservation restaurant. Activities were all good: water sports, scuba, tennis. And bars! Thanks, Couples.

Romantic Beach Vacation
This place is absolutely amazing. Beautiful property with lots of hidden nooks and crannies to explore, and it never felt crowded. Staff is friendly and gracious, rooms were clean and recently updated. Spa services are impeccable. I got the best hot stone massage of my life from Ruth in a pavilion on a cliff overlooking the water. Magical all around!

Your Welcome! and VERY much so!
We have just returned from Christmas & New Year LUXURY, at the CSS, and what a great time too, The Management & Staff pulled out all the stops over the period . ALL the Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, the food and drinks were GREAT, with a massive variety too, the GALA Nights incredible, especially the amount of work put into New Years Eve event, AMAZING!! The resort being fairly small, 150 rooms, means you get to meet lovely guests too, and get more involved with the happy staff. The choice of dining also means , you can eat on the beach or choose for more formal dining, whatever suits your mood, The Hotel is well established, and IMMACULATE, so too the massive lush surrounding park like area, complete with Lake to stroll around Watersports are FREE too, massive choice of Toys, PLUS Free boat trips, snorkelling and Scuba Dives too It is the little " extra touches" that makes this place, the STAFF, a Violin player at breakfast, strolling Sax Player at sunset and the general outstanding decor, sparkling clean glasses, cutlery, special square ceramic plates in the Asian restaurant, the place has been finely tuned over the years, We are regular Caribbean Christmas & New Year travellers, and assure you the Couples Sans Souci will be hard to beat!
