We had such a fantastic week at Tower Isle!! The resort is clean, the rooms are clean, the food and drinks are all delicious, and the staff are top notch!!! The flag service on the beach and by the main pool was great! The piano bar sing along was so entertaining! Great job! The extra inclusions here are fantastic, take advantage! Get a couples massage! Absolutely amazing! The activities were well organized. We enjoyed the wine tasting, martinis on the roof, special event nights on the beach and around the pool, the disco, headphone party, and many more. A special thank you to Jean who cleaned our room (#3311) every day. Such a sweet, caring woman who took care of every detail perfectly! Suzan from the coffee shop and the buffet was so kind and had a smile and hug for us every day! Thank you! Bryan from the disco and rooftop bar who said “anything you want” every time we saw him; always kind and sincere! We loved our conversations with you! Fantastic service from LaToya at the swim up bar. You made me smile every time I saw you! And you made such great drinks!! My girl Whitley from the main pool bar and the piano bar, your personality says it all. So bubbly! You are the shot queen! Thank you for spending time with us! And Tahjay… my friend from the main pool bar. Exceptional service! Tahjay went above and beyond for us! He looked after our needs and made us smile every day. We asked him to make a different drink for us every time he saw us and he did. So much fun! Very creative! Thank you Tahjay! We loved interacting with our staff connections at Couples Tower Isle! ❤️ Your staff are so wonderful!!! We will be back!!

This is the second time we have been to this Couples properties. We went in 2023 March and 2025 Mar. The price was real comparable over this two year period. Resort need a major refresh and has some issues. The level of service is noticeably different this time around. Which is completely understandable. They kept the cost the same and reduced the service. We probably won't be back to this location again. We will go to the sister properties. Santana at the island bar is absolutely the best! and off island Conrad is the man!

Great Holiday, very enjoyable
Our first time in Jamaica and a fantastic place to stay, staff were brilliant from start to finish. We were in block 5 with a limited sea view, ok we weren’t at front but the bonus was the sunset and sun-on our side every night. You have to get a sunbed early at the pools as the early rising towel reserve squad are in full force but there is always beds on the beach. entertainment is varied but enjoyable, if you want to party into the small hours that is accommodated as well in the beach lounge As mentioned the staff all round are brilliant, from the various bars ,reception to house keeping all say hello or a ‘yeh man’, special shout to Franklyn and Conrad at the pool bar. Monday night is Lobster night so make sure you reserve Bayside for that we weren’t disappointed hopefully you won’t

Great stay at Couples!
We had a wonderful stay at Couples Resort/ Tower Isle. The entertainment team and Shaquie (entertainment director) are fantastic!! They really do a great job creating a fun vibe, and offering something for everyone. They did a big beach party one evening, which was impressive. Plus there was a variety of nightly shows and entertainment. The gym and fitness studio was really nice, clean, and well kept. We enjoyed the coffee shop in the morning, and Bayside was a great Asian inspired dinner option. Staff were attentive and very fun. This resort is unique in that it has a long history and they have embraced the historic vibe, yet kept it current and updated. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a fun vacation to Jamacia!

Couples Tower Isle-highly recommend!!!
My husband and I spent a fantastic week at Couples Tower Isle in February 2025. We loved everything about this resort! Gorgeous resort with so many amenities. We had a beautiful room with an ocean view balcony and enjoyed the sunset every morning from the swing on the balcony. Food is incredible-with many restaurant options, casual to upscale. So many food choices! The midweek beach party, and final night dinner buffet by the pool were fabulous. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff were the best I have experienced at a resort. Daily yoga and fitness classes were excellent! Watersports, including a catamaran excursion, were all included. The entertainment director, Shaquie, was wonderful. Great musical entertainment every night. Shuttle service to and from the airport was included and was very smooth. We had an amazing week at Couples Tower Isle and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!!!
