    Good location. Hotel needs refurbishing.

    This hotel is resoundly three star. It benefits from a central location near to the attractions of Nassau: Fort Charlotte, Queens Steps, the Ardastra Gardens. However, it desperately needs refurbishing, particularly around the pool, and the bedrooms. It's not a bad hotel, but is expensive for what it delivers.

    Probably as good as you can get!

    Great location and that’s about all. Drinks $20 each. Air conditioning really loud. No remote control for the tv….they sent someone to the room with a remote control that didn’t work, he left to find another one and never came back. We called the front desk and they said come to the lobby and watch. 😆

    Feels like Home-Everything I need for conducting business trip

    I travel for business and appreciate the convenience and staff at the Courtyard by Marriott in Nassau, Bahamas. The food is excellent, reasonably priced vs. other hotels. I have favorites among the staff; Clyde-the most professional greeter and door man, and Kendal at the bar, they always welcome me home. I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 x's this last year for several days at a time. It definitely meets my needs.

    The staff was always welcoming and friendly.

    I had an great stay at the property. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. The lobby area blue decor is beautiful. There is a full beach access directly across the street from the hotel. To name a few staff I had a pleasure to come in contact with was Micheal, Destiny, Kendea, Kimberley, Hilton, Leslia, Clyde,Bonnie,Josie,Owen sorry I don't remember the others name.

    I have been here for 1.5 years with shirt breaks. Familiarity accounts for a lot of my review.

    Let me start by saying that the majority of the staff at the front desk and at the bar/restaurant are excellent and a pleasure to be around. Fran, Leslie, Jodean and Kimberly are some of my favorites there. The hotel itself is poorly managed and maintained and will leave most guests with an unpleasant vacation experience.
