  Birthday week

  We stay at the court yard marriott our stay was very good ,the breakfast was good restaurant staff was excellent tateanna is good at what she does she go tge extra mile for us ,the front dest staff was very helpful it was my birthday week and they make special overall everything was good.

  Dirty and not properly maintained

  I was assigned room 528. The hotel is nice but housekeeping is horrible! I requested to have the sheets changed on a 4 day stay and they didn’t do it. I marked the sheets on the label with a small dot and when I came back they had just straighten the same dirty sheets. They have a card to change sheets but they ignored it. The bathroom and room were never properly cleaned. Breakfast was nice and the reception staff was wonderful but the housekeeping staff are quite disappointing.

  Good place to stay

  Stayed here for seven days with colleagues. Enjoyed the view, that is the skyscrapers and the adjoining mall. The breakfast too was good. The resort was clean and comfortable. The gym was nice also. Would have liked to experience the pool but it rained/

  Flea bites :(

  We booked this hotel mainly because it is conveniently located near the Multiplaza Mall and we wanted to shop. We only stayed one night, and despite the bed being comfortable, I woke with flea bites all over my body (over 2 dozen huge bites). The hotel is pet-friendly, so they may not clean the mattresses correctly. Now I am back home, and the bites are so bad that I need to take antibiotics to get them under control. It was very disappointing, and I should have brought it up to the front desk before leaving, but I was troubled about the experience. We will not stay here ever again. Across the hall, a small dog also barked and whined from early morning, so perhaps they need to designate specific rooms and floors for such guests. Despite the bites, the staff was nice and the lady at the bar/restaurant downstairs was excellent in customer service. Sadly, this hotel will not be an option if we return to Panama.

  Best location with outstanding staff

  My family and I had another memorable time at this hotel. The hotel has an outstanding staff and services (pool, fitness center, spa, etc). It's location is very convenient, right next to the Multiplaza Mall. Specially, I want to say thanks to Mirleidis, Aranis (the teacher), Jairo, Yaunny and Henry, who gave us a courteous assistance and personalized attention every day. Kudos to you all for your amazing costumer service skills. The room was always spot clean and very comfortable. The times we used Room Service, the food was always delicious and the young gentleman server was super attentive and with a great personality. Humberto, remembered us from last visits and as always was kind and welcoming to the whole family. It was another excellent stay there. We can't wait to be back.
