No hospitality, the food is awful! Average in every possible way!
50% of the people are unfriendly, and when you try to get an information or anything else they act like you are bothering them! Sometimes no even eye contact and people are being very rude! Like you shouldn’t being here. If I wanted an attitude I would rather go to NYC at least the food there is away better!

The Cove Experience
Best trip ever! Staying at The Cove was incredible. Beautiful surroundings and views. Adult only pool was awesome for my husband and I. Weather was perfect and ocean breeze felt great. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and polite. Thank Atlantis

Atlantis has lots to offer, but not for us. One time was enough
My husband and I first visit, we stayed at the Cove. Check in was easy and lobby area was beautiful. Room was somewhat outdated, but clean and beautiful views. We were given beach bag and 2 reusuable water bottles which was great. We eat at 5 of the signature restuarants. Food was good, not outstanding and pricey. Cove pool was nice, hard to find a chair with lots of chairs with towels on to save but not people using. Atlantis is large with lots to offer for families. As we are now in stage of wanting adult facilities we will not return again. The grounds were well maintained, lots of variety of activities, beautiful Marine area. Fun to see the marine life and explore the resort. The greatest disappointment in Atlantis was the staff. We found staff to be overall inattentive and unfriendly. Yes there were exceptions, but those were few. We did not find this as a welcoming place. At our meals staff rarely checked back with us or refilled our drinks. As tourism is a big we were surprised and disappointed how we were received. Not a place for us

Not meeting expectations
As an American Express Platinum card member, I was expecting a seamless and luxurious experience at The Cove at Atlantis. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a disappointing check-in process, which set a negative tone for the rest of my visit. Upon arrival, I was looking forward to a smooth and efficient check-in, given my status as an Amex Platinum card member. However, the reality was far from it. The process was slow and disorganized and a lack of clear communication from the staff. Despite my elite status, I was not offered any special perks or expedited service, which was surprising and disappointing. While the staff at The Cove were generally friendly and helpful, the service during my stay was inconsistent. Some areas, like the poolside service was efficient. The dining ezperince overall were slow. During our poolside lunch, the watiress was not able to open our bottle of wine successfully - not an accaptable service at a luxurious resort.

Family Vacay 2025
Just a spectacular resort! Loved everything about it! Our suites at the Cove were immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated with an amazing view. All staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful. The resort offered something for everyone in our group!
