    Best Food Ever!!

    Let’s start off with this was my 26th all inclusive….by far the best service, food, cleanliness, did I say food! No beach which I don’t like,but went for diving. Everyone was so friendly, like super friendly. It’s pretty small and it’s a lot of regulars but met so many wonderful people. The Coffee!! My only complaint was Karmin I believe from trying to sell us on their members package. I’m in sales, dad, who I was with, same, but he was so rude to his employee that I almost gave this place a 4. I get you’re doing your job but when you can’t produce documentation, nope! Enrique, you were great!! Overall, excellent experience. I will be back!!

    A great Cozumel Palace Resorts experience

    Palace continues to enhance the stay through improvements in technology (app) and general communications in customer interactions (room service, spa and excursion scheduling and service). Thanks to Palace Cozumel especially staff members; Silva, Roccio, Reyes, Jairo, Perla, Juanita (spa) Gimer, and entertainment leader Fernando.

    Beautiful Cozumel Palace

    Loved our stay at Cozumel Palace. The The staff were so friendly, and helpful, and the size of the resort added to the intimacy of our experience. The food and service were exemplary, and the newly renovated rooms, hotel spaces, and amenities were beautiful. The resort does not have a beach, but you can swim in the ocean right off of the deck, and the snorkeling is like being in a tropical aquarium. We also really appreciated the location which made it easy to venture out and a lot of the destinations were within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!!

    Another Fantastic Trip to Cozumel Palace

    This was our 3rd trip to Cozumel Palace. We love it there! The staff are amazing and very attentive. The rooms are so comfortable. The food is fantastic. We only eat the mexican food. We don't go to Mexico to eat Asian food and Italian food lol You can snorkel right off the resort and it is also amazing. We saw a large eel, lots of rays, and countless fish. We will be back again in a few months!

    Over the top!

    The place and service were over the top! Beds awesome pools great location short distance to shops. Eat most of my meals at mono! Food service staff were absolutely wonderful. Jose Cime head waiter Eddie Chi waiter Jesus Mora waiter Johnathan waiter Elizabeth waitress Carmita bussboy! All the restaurants were delicious with great service. All moon palace properties are wonderful could not ask for any better service. Thank you for making our vacation top notch. Clyde and Debbie Haskell
