Nov 20, 2024A Second Visit to our Favorite Family Resort
Travelled back to this resort with my daughter and two granddaughters since we had such a good time there last November. This time another friend joined us and we again stayed in a family suite. It's so nice to have a two-story suite when travelling with a largish group. Upstairs had a king bed and bath, and downstairs had a queen bed, bunk beds with a third trundle pull-out and another bath. The kids (5 and 8) had a blast at Kids Paradise, and spent time there every day. Last year, there were nightly kids-only themed parties which have since been discontinued. That was a bit of a disappointment, but not a deal breaker. Food is average for an all-inclusive, and we were all able to find something to our liking at every meal. We particularly liked the seafood specialty restaurant, and had dinner there three times during our stay. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Our room was kept clean and well-stocked with refreshments, towels, etc. A great time was had by all, and we'll visit again in the future.

Nice stay!
We had a nice stay. We came for a wedding and our was worth it. Staff was very friendly. Facilities were nice and clean. Jesus was a great help in getting our cabs when we went on excursions. A+ Jesus! But all staff was nice 😁 The French restaurant and Mexican were our favorite places to eat. But the buffet and Italian restaurant were good also. I have to say that the staff at the steakhouse is awesome, but the steaks were not. Get the bbq chicken ! All in all a nice trip!

Bad food. Quality was so low and they used black reused oil to fry French fries and nuggets. Watered down drinks, beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Buffet food was bland and barely and options

Nice place and the staff are very helpful and nice. Ediberto from security was very nice and very helpful and works so hard , I hope that he is recognized for it. Also Alicia in house keeping made sure to clean thoroughly and provide us with sheets and cloths whenever we asked.

Crown Paradise
This will be my second time visiting Crown Paradise in Cancun. I went back on Dec 2022 and Nov 2024. I want to thank the staff especially Alicia in housekeeping, thank you for your hard work in keeping our room clean. She was so kind and respectful. Also Ediberto in security, he was also very kind. He always welcome us and does a great job securing the premises.
