The resort was all well roundedly great, I had a good time and no issues, best week ever of my life and definitely would come again. Specifically Jesus helped quite a lot with luggage and was very nice, wouldn’t definitely work with him again as well

Great room, great food!
Everyone in our group thought the food was fantastic. We had excellent service on the terrace at the buffet from Eridan. I so appreciated him getting me a cappuccino every morning. He even arranged a special cake for my son. We all loved the Italian restaurant which did not require a reservation during our stay. You use a QR code to make reservations, we did this every morning at 8 am. Even though we couldn't get the same reservation time as my parents they allowed us to sit together at one of the times booked (you can only book for the guests in your room). We spent most of our time at the beach swimming and searching for konk shells (bring a snorkel mask!). It seemed like high tide during our stay which made for a steep drop off and bigger waves. You can easily take public transportation to a couple of calmer beaches we took my 6 year old to Playa Gaviota Azul & Playa Carocal. The resort was very busy during our stay however they managed this very well. Luis at the pool bar was very kind and made the best pina colada. The waterslides were great and there was also a soccer area near them. There is an adults only pool that is very relaxing and they make the best drinks there. We got a room upgrade on our second day so we were ecstatic with the rooms, air conditioning worked great (first time I didn't have to re-wash my clean clothes upon arriving home). We will return to this resort.

The bell man Jesus was great! Overall experience was ok. Pools very very cold!! Small beaches. Beds very hard and pillows very lumpy and small. Food was okay different foods each night. Entertainment staff did a great job. Restaurants were good!

Birthday Trip
The hotel is nice it could use some upgrades but over all that would not stop me from booking again. It’s very kid friendly. The only down side was trying to book reservations online for the restaurants. We tried multiple times and keep getting an error message. Woke up about 7am to try and book.

If you have small kids and you want them to sleep do not recommend because it is so noisy until 1am. Met other people staying on other floors who said the same. We were on the 6th floor and the noise was unbearable. Beds are very uncomfortable. Kids club is good, slides and pools are good. Housekeeping is good. Food is not good especially at the buffet and the restaurants are hard to get into. Beach is beautiful!
