Don't stay
The food was cold, no matter if you were there when first opening, middle, or late. It was nice that this was located centrally so when we had to go out to eat since we could find warm food it was easy to walk to. Had no hot water for the week so was taking cold showers, Paid for the jacuzzi tub but could not use due to cold water. Handles on the tub you had to get just right, as the handle had no stop, just would keep spinning, you had to get it just right. The people selling stuff on the beach were coming up past the lines and bothering everyone multiple times could not rest.

: Great Service & Drinks, Excellent Restaurants, but Beach Peddlers Were a Downside
We had a wonderful stay at this resort, and overall, it was a great experience! One of the main highlights is that it was an all-adult resort frequented by locals on vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Their hospitality stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the drinks! The bartenders were fantastic, crafting delicious and well-presented cocktails perfect for lounging by the pool or unwinding in the evening. As for the food, the *buffet was pretty standard—plenty of variety, but nothing overly exciting. However, the restaurants were excellent! The à la carte dining options were a step above, offering great food, outstanding service, and a much more enjoyable dining experience. Our room was very clean, though you could tell the resort is a bit older. That said, they were actively working on renovations during our stay, which shows they are making improvements. The only real downside was that beach peddlers were allowed to cross onto resort property, which became bothersome at times. While we understand they’re trying to make a living, it did take away from the relaxation aspect, as we were frequently approached when trying to enjoy the beach. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort for its **amazing service, excellent drinks, and fantastic restaurants**—just be prepared for some interruptions on the beach. 😊🍹🌴

Very let down
Family separated due to over booking. Would not rectify hotels mistake. Our Nexus people never told us about when to meet for check out. Karoake host catered to her own Mexican friends rather regular guests. Overall very poor english skills. Especially in entertainment and concencierge

Would visit again
We had some issues with bad smells in the room, some sewer gas smell coming from the drain in the bathroom that we had to cover with a towel to lessen the smell, and the air conditioner had a dirty filter that mad the room smell moldy when in use.
