Way to expensive for the service you received
Second time we visited and will be our last. The beach is amazing, but the service was terrible during our five day stay, we paid an extra fee for services we never got the opportunity to enyoy, you will definitely not get the service you expect. Price way to high for what you get once you check-in. Save you money and visit a different hotel I'm sure that for the price they charge you can get a much better service somewhere else

Improved
Food was 4.5. When basic meats are beef, pork, fish, and chicken over our 10 day stay, I thought they did almost excellent with their food variety daily with different sauces and presentations which is an improvement over other visits here.Bed was 4 but it’s also not my own bed. Very large resort and they did make an effort to transport people up down hills. Difficult for seniors but that was also identified before we left. I would suggest maybe 3 to 4 golf carts so waits would not exceed 5 to 6 minutes. They should realize that time for vacationers is usually limited. Although language was a problem I realize I am in deep Columbia and not Canada but the Columbians made every effort to help. The staff with their joyfullness helps make the vacation very enjoyable, rating 5. Very far from Cartagena and not much to do but I’m ok with that cause I wanted to relax. I would suggest perhaps a daily shuttle either a small charge to cover fuel would make it much better and bring more people who which to explore. Over all 4.5 for enjoyment.

Excellent vacations. You can rest a lot, beautiful place and very calm beach, very good food and unlimited drinks. There are show at the theatre every night with wonderful topics, we enjoyed every day. On the other hand the tour agency have a lot of different options

no going back. the
Not a walking friendly place. The Hotel doesn't have enough golf cars for customers that need transportation. The access to the Hotel is a very damaged road. 1 1/2 hours from airport. Good food, nice people but.... I would prefer to go to Dominican Republic for an all inclusive place.
