Feb 01, 2025My fisrt time in Jamaica 🇯🇲
Deja Resort Montego Bay January 25-28, here felt like family the whole time. Came on a solo travel, and adjusted to this place right away, with all the help from the guest services, and the warming smiles here, you'll never feel away from home. A walking distance to everything you generally need from a trip. Safety and Security was top priority too, and I would recommend this place to anybody. I will point out as well that the host Crystal from the restaurant on-site, she work so hard everytime I was there with the rush of all crowds of people and still continue to complete her services with a professional attitude and a welcoming smile.

Jan 22, 2025Deja Resort: A Delightful Stay During Difficult Times
Deja Resort, Montego Bay Our stay at Deja Resort was under difficult circumstances as we were in town for my aunt’s funeral, but the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is older, but the location is unbeatable—right across the street from Doctor’s Cave Beach! The food was excellent, and the service was even better. One member of management, Dahlia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. She showed incredible care and attention to detail, making us feel truly welcomed and supported. The entire staff was empathetic, accommodating, and attentive, even helping with special requests. Deja Resort turned a sad occasion into a comforting and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Jan 21, 2025Deja on the hip strip was not so hip.
Deja was good to stay at because of its proximity to the airport, Doctors Cave beach, being on the hip strip and their food is very good. I won’t be returning though because their property and rooms needs A LOT of renovations (I got the same comment from other guests). Front desk customer service was poor. Despite the shortfalls, I thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the food!

It's good for go
Absolutely amazing place. 3 star establishment with a character that is beyond 5 star! Will definitely be booking again. The staff are more than helpful. They go above and beyond. You are onnthebstrip where you can find everything until anytime of the day evening morning. Well worth every penny. Not forgetting.....the food in the hotel .....helllllloe......amazing! See you later this year!!!

Deja Resort
My stay Deja was a short but lovely stay. I was pleased with guest service taking my bags to and from my room. I was absolutely impressed by dinning attendant Crystal. She made sure I was very comfortable by keeping my table clean of unused plates and provided my request drinks. She asked me was I pleased with my meal. YES! Crystal is a great asset and ambassador to Deja Resort. Please let her know that I loved her hospitality.
