This will always be my First Disney Home!

This was our first home resort so we've stayed here more than the other's. This was our 7 visit since 2008 and it was great as always. Booked a one bedroom and a deluxe studio. Called in advance and asked if we could be as close as possible and they gave us a 2 bedroom lock-off unit. Always enjoy the peace and quiet when we return from a long day at the parks. The restaurants are always good to great. The service is 2nd to none.

Perfect place to stay for your Disney vacation

Perfect place to stay for your Disney vacation We stayed at Disney Saratoga spring for 5 nights before and after our cruise. The resort is the perfect location if you wanna to visit the parks. In close proximity of Disney spring with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The resort is pristine, the rooms are clean and have all the amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need if you want to self cater. You don’t need you car to visit the parks as you can just hop on the free shuttle buses which takes you to the various parks.

    Fantastic

A fantastic Disney hotel. The location is perfect, being within walking distance of Disney Springs and within a ten minute drive to all of the Disney theme parks. The staff are extremely friendly. The grounds are immaculately kept. The pools are heated and very nice to swim in

    Wonderful stay

We stayed in a Deluxe Studio room 1701 which is in the Carousel area of the resort, second stop on the buses returning from the parks. The room is on the ground floor, first room next to the entrance for what amounts to a 30 second walk to the bus stop. You literally could not be much closer it was perfect. The room offers a small kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave and toaster. The hvac is setup so that the blowers are closer to the bathroom and kitchen and then a ceiling fan draws in the air to the sleeping / living area. The room felt larger than other Disney motels, certainly having the kitchenette to make small breakfast was one of the main reasons we stayed here. The nearest pool is the Paddock pool, about a 2-3 minute walk away. Which has a water slide, zero entry pool and a splash pad area. The splash pad is limited to children 48" or shorter. The pool also has a grill and bar setup. You can also get towels / life jackets available for free to use. The resort has bus transportation to the parks and also circles the resort, but you can opt for the boats to Disney springs. Overall we love the resort, it's not as pricey as other deluxe stays but still get the added benefits of late evenings at Epcot and magic kingdom.

    Jean is THE MAN!!!

This time I am rating it 4 stars though it has nothing to do with the 1 BR villa where we stayed nor the location because we spend a lot of time in Disney Springs which is nothing short of fabulous. We were booked a week stay but stayed only 2 nights out of the 7. Had a ticketing issue this weekend being a blockout on our AP. I am not going to bore you with all the details, but I was just thinking after being fiercely loyal customers for 20 of the 100 years of Disneyworld Parks & CruiseLine at that, they could've thrown us a bone for just the 1 day. I felt snubbed by guest relations in Disney Springs, and a couple of the front desk personnel back at the resort. I know it's simply being programmed to protect Disney's bottomline, but c'mon we visit Disney 3-4X a year, a little offering would've been a nice gesture on their part. BUT that's besides the point-because of wonderful cast members like Cathy & JEAN at the front desk, who just exude warmth, professionalism & a genuine caring for guests that walk-in through the lobby door. That makes us consider a return visit. We are coming back in March pre-cruise, but sadly, I am not going to renew the passes right away based on the outcome yesterday. Sorry Disney. I guess you win some, you lose some...it's just business.
