Strong urine smell and stains
Room not cleaned with significant urine smell and urine stains on the wall. Wasted almost 3 hours waiting for guest services for them to offer us 100$. Had to change rooms 2 times and repack everything. Manager Joshua wasnt helpful at the all and was disrespectful. Dont stay here.

Would not stay again. Checked out early.
Wish I had listened to the negative reviews before committing to this hotel. I dont know if our room was worse b/c we booked through DVC points but it was dirty, tired and worn. You could hear all the doors down the hall open and close all night so none of us slept well. The pool area near us also was tired looking and not very appealing. There is really no Disney allure here as noted by other guests. For the price point you are better off with a nice moderate Disney hotel unless the Deluxe category is important to you for extended Disney hours. Location near Disney Springs is nice but not worth the lack of quality.

A beautiful resort in Disney.
We have stayed at this Disney resort every year for over 15 years and it has never disappointed. This is a beautiful resort just a 15 minute walk through the golf course and lake to get to Disney springs. The beds, towels and bins are changed every day and staff are always on top form and very friendly. The buses are reliable and frequent to every park, most within a 25 minute ride. The characters occasionally pay a visit to the hotel and say hello at the food gallery and shop! The shop is great selling things like merch, teddy’s, water bottles, Pandora exclusives and scrap books. There are two large pools on site which are well kept and clean. The main pool has an abundance of fun pool games and music. Both have a bar for drinks and refillables.

Everything is difficult, nothing is close by. Pools open at 10am.
The room is alright nothing special. Pretty much like an Air B&B. Very much like renting an apartment. We stayed at the carousel building. It was way out of the way of anything. Plan a 10 minute walk to get to a pool and longer to get to a restaurant. Disney Springs, plan 20 to 30 to get over there. Not convenient in the least bit. For the price tag; honestly, I give this one star.

Great resort! Not as great food at the Artists Pallet.
Disney really does a top notch job with their accommodations. I cannot fault them for that. Our 2-bedroom villa was clean, smelled clean, and all of the furnishings, dishes, tv’s, beds were clean/worked/comfortable. The exercise facility at the SPA was also clean and large and had a lot of equipment to choose from. I gave this 4/5 stars because the food was really just not exceptional. It looked good, but things like the brisket sandwich, meatloaf, etc were all bland and did not live up to anyone in my groups expectation. It was not 5-star worthy.
