We have been visiting this resort for nearly 8 years, and it NEVER disappoints! The property and rooms are well-maintained, and the service is typically impeccable. We did have a very unpleasant experience with the only younger female bartender at the swim-up pool, who appeared reluctant to serve "us" and was rude and incredibly dismissive the one time she did interact. However, one of the more seasoned bartenders immediately stepped in. When the incident was mentioned at the front desk, a manager immediately came to take a report of the behavior and assured us it would be addressed. Our rooftop jacuzzi required attention on several of the days during our stay, but that issue was promptly addressed. Overall, this is our favorite property on the island, and we are planning a group trip in 2025.

Fabulous stay at Divi Village Golf Aruba
Facility is neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Shuttle transportation is super convenient. We would definitely recommend Divi Golf to friends and family. Plan to return to this outstanding resort when we visit again. Thank you!

Food good beaches great need down pillows for rooms; need to allow guests paying for all inclusive to pickup food to take back to room ; need better online reservation system for booking evening times at specialty restaurants.Book your specialty restaurants ahead of time as spots fill up fast.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with poor service, and unfortunately, this negative attitude persisted throughout our entire stay. They advertise themselves as a golf resort, but the course was in terrible condition, the golf carts barely functioned, and the clubs we rented for $100 were falling apart. The food was mediocre at best, and the drinks were inconsistent, varying even when ordered from the same place with the same bartender. Be aware that most buildings don't have elevators. Additionally, the kids' slide was closed for the first few days of our stay. Getting a shuttle from any of the Divi resorts was nearly impossible. The staff claimed they weren't going to Divi Golf, and we were told to wait for the drivers in the blue shirts—but they never showed up. I'd never recommend this resort solely based off of the customer service.

Beach, sunshine and fun in Aruba
Beautiful resort with many options Great beach and staff Loved the food great restaurants for all inclusive package Bellmen were very nice, room was spacious and beautiful balconies. Suite had a rooftop jacuzzi Beach was two minute walk, no problem getting chairs, food was good at the bar and grill, hamburgers were great
