Decent restaurant overlooking the Las Hadas Bay area. Very nice view of Manzanillo and a friendly staff
I had both breakfast and dinner there as did I stay there. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful as the hotel is situated along the mountain where stairs are plentiful. They have golf carts that will help you get around should you need it. The walkway wind throughout the property in a very neat fashion. It's actually very cool they way it's built.

Would highly recommend
Four of us ate here last night for supper and we all enjoyed our meals and the wonderful location. It is in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean. The menu carried a large choice of foods. Our waiter was good and our food came to the table hot and very tasty.

Winter Vacation at Dolphin Cove Inn
We stayed here from January 12th to March 19th, 2019. We would like to start off saying that we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Dolphin Cove. Our room was very comfortable and clean, our mattresses were both very good (we had a 2 bedroom unit). The staff, both housekeeping, restaurant, front desk, maintenance and management, especially Lorena, were all excellent to us, very friendly and responsive to any requests that we had. It is an absolutely beautiful location, both pool and beach are great to swim in and spend the day at. Location is convenient as the bus goes by every half hour. We recommended this place to our friends, and they were very happy that we recommended it and they are coming back next year too! The food at the restaurant was always excellent, great breakfasts every morning, and reasonably priced lunches and dinners. Always yummy! One negative comment would be that the Internet was often slow, but that seems to be common in Mexico. We did have a few issues in our room, but they were taken care of right away by the Dolphin Cove staff, to our satisfaction! Keep up the great work, and see you next year. V and A

Economical
Economical accomodation. Beautiful view. Restaraunt staff knows very little english. Food was good most times but notallways consistent.Nice pool, reasonable drink prices. Note lots of stairs and steep climbs so not for the less mobile people. Bathrooms need work but they are ok. Some days the flush is a little slow. Bed was not great for my back, too hard for a 2 week stay.Rooms are kept clean and have no critters. Kitchen ok for light meals. No internet in the rooms. Tv is spanish only. Bring movies if thats your thing. We went out most days and cabs are quick. 50 peso to wallmart/130 to delmar beach.

Beautiful Hotel, But Lots and Lots of Steps
This is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views from every room. It is dated, but kept up nicely. Our jr. suite was plenty large enough for the two of us. The AC worked great so the rooms were always comfortable. There was nothing nicer than sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, watching the city come to life. The pool and connected restaurant/bar was a great place to spend the day. It was never crowded so it was always comfortable. The food and drinks were always good and the staff were friendly and efficient. The beach was very nice as well. Nice shaded tables and lounges on a great sandy beach. The water was always warm and inviting. The down side, and it's a big one, is the number of steps involved in getting anywhere. 61 steps down to the room from the parking area. 117 steps from the room down to the pool. Another 35 steps from the pool to the beach. That's a lot of steps! We had to plan our days very carefully to minimize travel. They do offer staff to transport the elderly or infirm, but the service was slow and they could only transport one person at a time.
