We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is great and a great price. It's a convenient location in a safe area. Travel prices from the hotel and back were reasonable. Our flight arrived early and the staff let us check in early, thankfully. My dream vacation to my favorite city in the world.

Good location. Walking distance to Piccadilly, Covent Garden and Marble Arch.Nice rooms, tidy and clean, thanks to housekeeper Maricica who did an amazing job.But room 811 was stuffy because unable to open the window. Breakfast was good except the Saturday and Sunday morning when we had to encounter a very noisy and aggressive guest. Luckily we had Kaushi and Belinda to make our day with their smile and excellent service.

Worth it
It was a wonderful experience (only that u had to call reception for everything - from water to Basic item’s) Restaurant staff were kind, espl’ly Khushi !! Hotel is located at a good location Opposite to Victoria terminal. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Comfortable Business Trip
This was my first trip to London . The Doubletree is a wonderful, clean hotel. Restaurant on site has a great menu and the entire staff is welcoming. Daim, the hotel concierge is friendly, helpful and always smiling! I will stay here again. Thank you!

Feb 11, 2025Sadly not as good as it used to be
The best things about this hotel are its location just across the road from Victoria train station and the bar staff and restaurant staff who are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. We stayed at this hotel the previous year and everything was good but unfortunately standards seem to have slipped and the rooms are in need of a deep clean. The first room we were allocated was totally unacceptable with massive stains on the carpet, black blots and hairs on the bedding and a worn out safe (see photos). We were given another room which appeared to be cleaner but the shower water only heated to tepid and we had problems with water draining out of both the bath and the sink. A maintenance guy came, apologised and said the shower needed a new regulator and that all it took to release the sink full of water was a plunger which I didn't think to pack in my case! The food at breakfast time is quite good although the myriad of fruit flies lined up on the tiled wall next to the fresh fruit is not a good sign and during one breakfast sitting the restaurant was plagued by a cloud of dust coming in from construction work outside.
