    Andrea, great at the Spa Dreams Resort

    Andrea was excellent. Book with her. I found the treatment to be very professional and relaxing with the perfect pressure. Im looking 👀 forward to coming back. Spring break vacation with me so was a real treat at this location. The food 🥘 is excellent also.

    Great family trip

    Absolutely gorgeous, small, safe environment. Little community surrounding is cute and walkable. Great for kids to do slides and pool while mom and dad relax with a mixed drink. Staff great! We loved the drinks and smallness of the property.

    Beautiful resort, beautiful locations, great staff, excellent food, worth a visit.

    I don't typically leave reviews but figured I would: PROS: - Beautiful locations and views from the rooms - Large rooms and balconies. - Excellent food at the a la cartes - Staff are all very friendly and helpful - No high pressure sales - Only two pools but large lagoon with shallow water - it seemed to serve the amount of people perfectly - Free kayaks snorkels. CONS: - House keeping was hit or miss with towels - some days 2 some days 4 ha. Some days none. Never really knew. - No supper buffet - if that's important to you then choose another resort. A la cartes had very short waits if any and food was EXCELLENT. Short ribs at Sea Side grill was some of the best beef I've ever had - and I am from the prairies in Canada with Grade A Alberta beef. - Nightly entertainment was lacking. OVERALL: Very nice resort, very good location, beautiful, awesome staff. the Pros far outweighed the cons. No place is perfect but this place is met or exceeded most expectations. I do not think you will regret choosing this resort or this location. I would recommend to family and friends.

    Just ok

    I definitely don't recommend reserving a private pool especially if you have a late arrival. You will get the smallest pool with a shared patio. I saw it on here and it happened to us. We wasted most of the next afternoon waiting for a new room to be turned over so we can move rooms. For the most part, the staff was nice and accommodating. The food was so so. We did Preferred Club but probably wouldn't recommend. Compared to other Dreams Resorts that we stayed at, the Preferred Club Lounge was a disaster. The beach was not great and there weren't any available chairs if you didn't get there very early. People seemed to reserve chairs at the pool and the beach at the crack of dawn, leaving nothing available at either spot for others. Place was just ok. We did like the Puerto Adventuras Marina area with restaurants and shopping. Food was great at the restaurant we went to and place had a great vibe. Aside from that, we definitely won't be returning to this resort any time soon. There are much better options out there.

    Awesome family trip!

    We love this resort! It’s small and easy to navigate with kids but full of fun things to do. The resort is very pretty and well maintained. The gaming area and fitness area are great. The staff is wonderful and everyone was very helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised to have more focus on food allergies and helping our daughter with celiac eat safe but not feel left out. (We did not have a good experience for this at dreams royal beach). So thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay great, especially Bradley at oceana!
