Excellent stay!
We just got back from a week away at the Dreams Aventuras and it was good! This was a mother-daughter trip and we had never stayed at a Dreams. Everyone was very friendly and we LOVED our maid, Victor. He did such a wonderful job! We liked the beach and that it was calm and shallow which also made the water feel warmer. The water on the other side of the rocks was very choppy so we are glade for the rocks. We were always able to find a chair on the beach. The pool was warm which was great and they always had lots of towels! The room was updated and kept very clean. The beds were comfy and the AC worked and was quiet. I ordered room service on the last day and it was tasty and hot. We also loved the turn down service and liked it when someone would come by every night asking if we'd like more water bottles or towels. Our bathroom would always be cleaned up and the straighter cord would be wrapped up and out of the way to make it look less cluttered. It's the little details that I loved! We also noticed the resort was clean, not only just our room but they always had someone cleaning! I am a picky eater and it took a few days to warm up to what I liked and didn't like but always found something. My mom found the buffet was the same thing every day but I find that's what most resorts are like. I would have liked a slightly bigger buffet with more options. We loved that the only option for dinners were the al la cartel. Food was always tasty and never much of a line up. We love the Italian and steak house. The drinks were tasty. We liked the location of this resort. We do normally love to walk a long beach and this resort you couldn't walk too far but just off the resorts they had some shops and restaurants that we would walk to. Our last night we went to a local restaurant that had live music which was fun and we felt safe the entire time. The nightly entertainment was just okay. They had different options than most resorts so I appreciate the efforts on making it different like paint night or silent disco. We arrived at the Tulum airport at 6pm and a lot of restaurants were closed which sucked. We left our resort at 3:40pm so we figured lots would be open for dinner but that wasn't the case. We went to the burger place and they said they were closed so we went to a sit down restaurant and then I went back to the burger place and they were able to serve me so it wasn't consistent. We were the only flight going out so maybe that's why a lot was closed? Make sure to eat before you get to the resort. We did an excursion through the hotel where we went snorkling with the turtles and visited 2 cenotes. It was okay. I liked the snorkling portion but was crowded. I am glad we chose an "express" tour as we didn't need to spend a lot of time at the cenotes. I would visit this resort again. The staff alone made this resort so wonderful in making sure everyone is happy!

Bike tour was fun, cool sights, got pictures, I got to play some games, the touring is nice, love the beds they are very comfortable. WiFi works better than most resort’s WiFi’s. Loved the room and room service, good room service food. Shows were fun and looked impossible

You should be proud of Mexico. The best resort ever !!!
Everyone from reception could not have been more helpful . Antonio was excellent . Angel gave good waiter service and Hairi was an excellent chef . Romeo ‘s was so kind and helpful moving our luggage around . George’s attendance by the pool was excellent . One comment was that not all restaurants have good food especially not meat but the buffet dining was perfect . Dreams does Mexico proud .

Great location and friendly staff
The hotel is in a good central location close to the marina and private beachfront. The staff were generally friendly and helpful and there is a good relaxed poolside vibe. The hotel is generally in good condition although is a bit dated and in particular the bathrooms need refurbishment. The beach looks good but is very thin on sand with too much gravel and therefore can be painful and difficult to walk on, a lot more sand is required. The restaurants are generally fine although food portions are quite small. The staff at Coco's cafe are very friendly and professional and the coffee they make is excellent.

Dreams activities
We had an amazing experience making cocktails and sushi, with Karla, and Itzanyana. Everyone was very kind and inclusive and made our stay amazing. along with the edible stuff, we also made new memories with bracelet making, and water uno.
