    Great Stay. highly recommend

    We had a great stay. Enjoyed the experience immensely. We stayed on site although several off site activities were available, The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. Great fitness center and spa. Lots of food choices. Extremely friendly staff

    First time at an all inclusive

    Went for nephew's destination wedding at this all inclusive. Stayed on the Secrets preferred side. Large, uniquely designed campus with beautiful landscaping. Guest room was VERY nice including many amenities like minibar; very comfortable bed; dual sinks in bathroom; luxurious towels, robes, and slippers; ipad directory included campus accommodations and maps, news, restaurants, amenities; and wonderful views of pool areas and ocean from our relaxing balcony. Variety of restaurants and our restaurant selections were all very good. Buffets served an incredible variety of both American and Mexican selections. Services were good and everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Only downside (our point of view) was the distance from our room to the elevators. Ultimately that probably helped us walk off the food we ate. Was wonderful experience as a guest for this destination wedding trip!

    Look for a better place.

    Getting around is difficult and confusing - you have to walk, walk, walk, and find an elevator that takes you near where you want to go. Most do not. The wide stair from level 2 to level 1 is dangerous. Descending is taking your life in your hands.

    Place to be

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and restaurants. I especially loved the breakfast spread, which had a great variety of fresh options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

    Loved this place! Very family friendly. Will rate it 10/10 but you can’t access other restaurants because you are staying at a certain side. Food is amazing, Tacotyl has the BEST tacos ever. Buffet is great, amenities are amazing. Staff is very helpful. Will definitely come back again.
