You must check out the sunrise and sunsets!
Such a lovely hotel with stunning breathtaking views. Never visited this area of Corfu before, but found the short transfer and proximity to Corfu town a real treat. On arrival we were met with hot towels and some refreshing drinks and soon checked in and offered a light meal as was later in the evening. Our family of 4 stayed in the Preffered Club family rooms overlooking the beautiful bay of Gouvia and Dassia in the distance. With the preferred club only pool below (great as always sunbeds available here!) What glorious sunrises and sunsets! Room was clean and contemporary and mini fridge always restocked. My youngest son loved having the little preferred club lounge for quiet snacks and drinks, which guests can also take breakfast and lighter lunches and dinner (a small selection of the main buffet available, and kept warm or cold). Computer also in here to use and a little balcony. Our children loved the lagoon pool and we had a little secret sunbed area! There is also a swim up bar and lovely shade for the heat of the summer. Lagoon pool is by far the best pool to use. We did find a small queue for the pool to be opened and sunbeds did disappear quickly, but the hotel does not allow reservation beforehand. We used to mix up different pools different days and the staff work so hard bringing delicious drinks and one lady even hunted down some crisps for us! The snakbars serve nachos/ pizza and whilst we didn’t eat at the Italian (always fully booked!) what we saw looked fabulous. Food and drink in the buffet was of good quality, accommodating to our allergy needs, some fussy eaters may need to go out of their comfort zone, but we are foodies, and found it to be good choice for AI. The al a cartes do need booking asap, if you can’t suss out the app book with guest services. The seaside grill was amazing not just seafood! Greek was also delicious. Entertainment was good, we saw glimpses of it, but our children often exhausted themselves during the day coupled with the freak heatwave Europe was experiencing, we did like to go cool down and grab drinks in our room sometimes. Note that the entertainment area is on sand. But they do have some singers down at the beach bar, and this has such a chilled out feel. Just please prepare for the mosquitos well, I was lucky and only got bitten twice, but I know others who visited this hotel and didn’t fair so well. I can recommend very good repellent 😉. Short bus ride to Corfu town where we did some shopping and lunch (we did the sightseeing open top bus, to take in the sights & sounds of some areas away from the main shopping district) also some lovely looking restaurants and bars around Gouvia. We didn’t make it to Danilia village even though I had planned to… maybe next time! A True "Dreamy" Holiday!
We stayed in October 2024 and cannot rate this resort enough! From check in to check out, everything was absolutely flawless. We checked in around 7pm in the evening, we were welcomed by a member of staff who insisted in helping with luggage and introduced us to the lady at check in, who was so lovely. All she asked for was the name on the booking and our passports to take a photocopy. Whilst she did this and the formalities, we were invited for a welcome drink of prosecco in the very modern bar area in the lobby. After around 10 minutes, the receptionist came over and said we can finish the check in and collect our key. We were then given a complimentary upgrade to a bungalow, which was stunning! Another member of staff had already loaded our luggage onto a small golf caddy and took us to our bungalow, which was around 5 minute walk away from reception but quicker to use the caddy with luggage. We were welcomed by a bottle of prosecco and a fruit platter, both were delicious! The rooms are exceptional and incredibly modern and clean. You have a huge TV in the room, great air conditioning, small balcony, towels, robes and lots of other amenities including a small safe in the wardrobe. Margarita, our housekeeper kept our room in top condition and was always so cheerful and chatty! The food on site is fantastic, in the main restaurant/buffet there is a different theme each night and plenty to choose from. Maria ST was our waitress each night as we chose to sit in the same area as her service was outstanding. There was also a gentleman and another Maria who greeted us each night on the door, who were lovely people also. There are other restaurants on site which you can visit during your stay, you can book these via the dedicated team located in the lobby, one person in particular (Foivos - Trainee) is honestly an asset to the team! So friendly and arranged restaurant bookings for us seamlessly. The food in the other restaurants and the service again, was impeccable. The pools and bars/snacks were great, not too crowded and the choice of snacks and drinks was huge! The staff were great and always made sure you were hydrated! The entertainment team were also fantastic, the manager Becky was friendly, and sat and chatted with us and other holiday makers most nights, such a great member of staff. All in all, from start to finish, the holiday was incredible! Staff were beyond exceptional! We will 100% be visiting again soon!

Dreams Corfu
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. One our a favourite holidays so far. Corfu is such a beautiful island. We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 weeks. You can't beat the view from this hotel as it's right on the water. Beautiful sunrises if you're up early enough. Only 10/15 min drive in a taxi to Corfu town. Highly recommend staying in the bungalows, they are situated in a quieter area of the hotel. Plenty of space for us as a family, room was a good size. We had a garden view but were lucky enough to really have both garden and sea view. It was nice to have the freedom that the kids could also play outside on the grass as well as our terrace area. Room was clean and modern. I worried up until we got there that we should have booked the preferred club. But I'm so glad we didn't. it didn't really seem like much difference to be honest, other than an extra pool to use. Our kids loved the lagoon pool. Lagoon pool is by far the best pool to use. Being July/august the hotel was busy. We found the other pool by the beach to be to packed and the size wasn't great for the kids to play. We choose to stick with the lagoon pool throughout our stay. They do lock the gate to the pool in the morning so you cannot access until one of the staff opens it. It does state an opening time but if they are finished early with their maintenance they will open it early. This was ok for our first week, not an issue getting a bed (a few days prior to summer holiday starting) but by the second week I would need to go and sit by the gate at 8/8,30am to get a sun bed. I felt this necessary with kids that wanted to be at the pool side and not further back. Entertainment was good, our kids liked it. They enjoyed the mini disco and kids club too. It's nice that the play area is next to the stage area so our eldest was able to go play while we were sat at the stage. Note that the entertainment area is on sand. Overall we had a great time at this hotel, staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Good Service
On arrival you are taken to sit down whilst you wait for your room to be ready and given welcome drinks. Guest relations called on the first day to ask if everything was okay. I advised them the shower dial was broken and if I could have an iron and an ironing board, which she said she would send a technician and housekeeping for. They arrived quite quickly and resolved the issue. I was impressed with this level of service considering I just arrived. There is also a steamer in your room, robe and slippers, toiletries, bathroom scales, hairdryer and even an umbrella. The safe has a light in it which I found quite useful. And the hotel is quite technology savvy as there is also a tablet with all the information about the hotel. There is also a shop in the hotel if you desperately need something. The bus stop is also close by to take you into the town and you can buy bus ticket in the town which is cheaper than paying on the bus. We were not in the hotel building itself as it's a massive hotel complex with bungalows as well. So we had snails getting into the room. Which was not pleasant to deal with and put a dampner on our stay . Food was not always hot and not very varied. A lot of the theme days were the same. On the last day, they left a gift in our room with a thank-you note. Lovely personal touch. And if your room is far from reception you can request a porter to help with your luggage and get a ride in the golf caddy to check out.

Spiros boat trips are the best
Great hotel in a nice location lovely quiet area with stunning views. After eating in a few of the al a carte restaurants we realised that they are not the best an we ate out for the rest of are stay in the local village, Corfu centre is worth a visit but try an go when there are no cruise ships there! Silly busy! We booked a private boat trip down at the front of the hotel with Spiros an had a cracking time down the coast, Spiros has been working on the boats there since he was a kid an he knows everything about the area such a great bloke an good laugh! Lovely hotel an grounds just think they need to work on the food!
