Best hotel ever!
Absolutely amazing! All of the staff made our stay one of the best we've ever had. The hotel reservations manager was lovely and very helpful. The reception staff were always friendly and amazing. The housekeepers made sure our room was always kept to a high standard. The restaurant staff were fantastic at helping with advise regarding gluten free dishes and were also super friendly! The pool/bar staff made us feel safe and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs! The guest activity organiser helped us book a boat trip which was just fantastic!

Exceptional
The staff were exceptional providing excellent service. The food and the hotel were both exceeded our expectation. My 6 month grand daughter was with us the restaurant staff made her purees at every meal time so we didn't have to worry about her meal times The only negative would be that most of the restaurants were shut due to end of season and also not much availability for messages etc at the Spa due to end of season.

Luxury
First time I have gone all inclusive. The hotel is amazing. We only had Inland view but the room was amazing. Lovely hot shower which can't always be the case. The food was beautiful with choices for everyone. We did also try the restaurants you can book. Again absolutely fantastic. So lovely to have amazing food and then a cocktail after. All the staff were fantastic. Can not do enough for you!. From the waiters to bar staff. Also the house keeping were fantastic too but always get forgotten. Big shout to the south African guy who went around doing quizzes with a prize had a good laugh. You will not be disappointed and I will return. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. Chris Potts.

Oct 28, 2024Used to be great but now just Ok.
Last year this place got a 5 star review but on our second stay it was no were near as good and i felt a bit disappointed with it. It's a lovely hotel and staying here for a holiday is great but like I said we compared it to last time and it's lost its WOW factor personally. The rooms were not cleaned each day and as we were next to the pool every thing felt damp each Day. The preferred club is no longer worth the extra spending to get it. Food lacked variety and taste this year. It's a shame as we had really enjoyed our first stay but after this one we won't be staying again. Worth a try if you get a good deal on it.
