Spent a week at dreams Huatulco Dec 2024 overall a very nice resort, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Food was good for a mid priced all inclusive. Booze was above par imo not the normal all inclusive we are used to. We did have to move rooms as our initial one was directly affected by the restaurant exhaust fans and was stinky at best, Lorio Martinez concierge was understanding of our concern and moved us to another room, followed up with us the next day really appreciated her help. Pools are nice clean, beach is fantastic and the could take nice walks as it’s about 1/2 mile long, ocean was clean and nice to swim in. We spent most of our time on the beach and were well looked after by our pool concierge Sandy Mijangos. Over all we would go back nice spot for a week.

My wife and I came here for a few days of rest and relaxation and a break from the winter weather back home. Dreams Huatulco is great. The staff is very friendly and gave excellent service. Alnair was particularly kind in helping me improve my Spanish. The food at the restaurants was consistently very good. The margaritas were excellent, although some of the other drinks we tried lacked flavor and seemed weak on the alcohol. The entertainment in the evenings was very good. Our room and the resort was clean and well maintained. If this is what you are looking for I highly recommend Dreams Huatulco.

Nice resort but busy
Great all inclusive resort with plenty of food and drink options. We enjoyed swimming the bay and snorkeling however beaches were busy during the day and lots of boat traffic in and out of beach made it difficult to do this outside of early morning hours. Also visited La Bocana beach and Salina Cruz which were fun to explore!

Dreams Family Vacation New Years Eve 2024/2025!
Huatulco weather does not disappoint! This was our second trip to Dreams, the first time as friends/adults in 2018 and this time as a family of 12. Happy New Year! The resort is starting to look a little tired. The buffet food was average, italian and japanese restaurants were excellent. The rooms were always clean but could use more pillows on a king size bed, nice to have attached room option for families. Close access to the pools from room 2110. The beach is a little rough but kind of neat to have the fish swim up to you as you enter the water. Some people were snorkeling. It would be nice to have a verbal introduction to all the events upon arrival, so we know ahead of time what to expect for entertainment. App is handy to find information about restaurants etc. More entertainment during the day at the activity/family pool would be nice. They had volleyball and aerobics and a little trivia, music was low key, more events in the esplanade during the day would be nice idea, walk through vendors or crafters/artisans would be nice. Lobby bar could have more seating/tables especially as they have nice music playing some evenings, nice to listen to in background. Open sky lobby lounge is nice to sit and socialize. Great Family Vacation!
Great family vacation! Huatulco is gorgeous and the weather did not disappoint. Enjoyed this resort and we would return. Although a bit dated, it was very clean and staff were kind and friendly. I have lots of food allergies but staff were very willing to accommodate (thank you Fabiola, Rogelio and Gulio)!
