Great experience and entertaining with Miguel at the Spice restaurant. He was a great cook, funny and friendly. Food was excellent and the way he cooked it was how Teppanyaki usually is supposed to be (amazing)! Highly recommend for those who will have vacation in Dreams Jade to reserve in Spice so you can experience the fun and food like we did.

Bell Boy Marcos was incredible
Marcos (Markhomes) was the BEST Bellboy. He made sure from the minute we got to the resort, to the minute we left that we were taken care of! From amazing customer service to assuring we had the best upgrade, he really knew how to make a special trip more special! We are so grateful for his help in assuring we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Thank you, Marcos, keep being amazing!!

Valentines getaway 💘
Highly recommended! Food is great, so many choices and buffet has a great variety. Pool and deck area is huge, great for kids as well as private areas for adults. It was a great stay! Planning on visiting again! ❤️ 🥰 Beautiful wedding venue! 💒

Love the resort
The resort is beautiful. The staff are all amazing people. They treat you like kings and queens. Misael is a wonderful waiter. Roberto is wonderful in the Preferred office. Both great people. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The lobby is always clean and smells wonderful.

All in all the resort is nice but needs an update soon! Pool areas and grounds are beautiful. We discovered the first morning, if you don't get chairs before 8 am they are very hard to find! We didn't enjoy the music at the main pool so we spent all of our time at the preferred pool. The servers and bartenders at the preferred pool were amazing! We would like to recognize Javier, bartender at preferred pool, Victor, pool concierge, Victoria and Esther servers at the preferred pool, they were the best! Majority of the employees were great but we would like to recognize Eduardo at Tamarindo Restaurant, Juan at the French restaurant and Sebastian at Cin Cin! The only restaurant we had a bad experience with was the Italian restaurant. Service was very slow and our food was cold when we finally got it. We did the breakfast once at the French restaurant but the service was so slow we didn’t do it again. Took over an hour and a half from start to finish. Overall we thought the food was a step down from Secrets but very acceptable for a Dreams resort. We had a great spa experience! The super bowl party was amazing! It's so unfortunate that our overall experience had to go from a 5 to a 1 based on our reservation, room types and check-in experience. This has been addressed with UVC and Hyatt.
