  Beautiful resort away from the madness of Tenerife.

  Beautiful, relaxing resort.from the moment we arrived at reception a glass of bubbles was a lovely touch . Excellent greeting on arrival with a very professional check in .Our Room was facing a Car park . I called our checkin gentleman and straight away we were brought to see another option. This was perfect so our luggage was moved for us. I loved the room and the steamer was brilliant instead of an Iron like most hotels. Beds were fab and comfortable. Brekfast in the mornings was busy but extremely great choices, well arranged into different segments .hot food ,cereals and fruit, pastries and sweets. Cold meats etc... The Brekfast manager was always helpful and staff we very attentive. Our at the pool was fab little pockets and areas to sit ,not just rows and rows of beds ,which I hate. The bars were good too ,choice of lunch areas slow but nice. The sunsets at the sunset bar were amazing . My Daughter and I used the spa and had a massage it was so relaxing and staff were great. Can't wait to return again this year

  Could do better

  Whilst my review says average the staff are actually amazing and the hotel design very beautiful. The problem in my view is the food. We opted for The Grill, The Italian and Spanish. Surprisingly the Spanish was the worst. Everything came with chips which had been saturated in olive oil. It was like they’d let an English person go mad in the kitchen. The grill was fine, but overcooked and the sauces just not right. The Italian, I would just rename it the pizza place, everything else was very ordinary. The nicest restaurant was the buffet. I think the problem here is they are trying to cater for too many pallets and forgetting their traditions. Come on, perfect Spanish food, it’s your thing. Coming back to the staff both the serving food and bar, they are exceptional. Would I come back, maybe, but this place ie food offering could be so much better. PS breakfast is average and cold. Mojo rojo is amazing and the singers/musicians fantastic. They deserve a much higher rating, but food just not good enough when you pay top dollar

  Great hotel. Excellent sea views.

  Great hotel with bars with great views. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Buffet restaurant is fine. Breakfast really good. We tried the in house Italien and the steak house - those were crap. I’m he Italien did not serve bread, did not have oil or balsamico or even salt and pepper at the table. The tomato salad for around 13 euro was one sliced tomato with sliced mozzarella no oil no salt no pepper - just plain. And the same for the steak house. So dine other places. But stay at the hotel it’s really great.

  Fantastic Dreams Jardin Tropical

  Dreams Jardin Tropical was way above my expectations. There was a luxurious feeling about everything. Fantastic food. Always some live entertainment, by the pool (Violin player made "spontaneous concerts", at dinner or breakfast there was live music playing atmospheric in the background. Many different restaurants to choose from, magnificent bars, very supportive staff.

  Currently at the hotel. It could be very nice but not quite…

  Currently staying at the hotel. Whilst I love the design of the building, the garden, the pools and the plants, there are a few things which could definitely be improved. The first thing is the rooms, they are small and missing quite a few amenities.The second is the space and accessibility, be aware that there’s lots of stairs which is problematic if you are travelling with babies/toddlers, have problems climbing or are on a wheelchair. The third is some of the staff. We were turned away from American grill restaurant despite having a reservation. Simply because the staff didn’t wish to accommodate us 30 min earlier ( there were plenty of free tables). This experience has been extremely frustrating, we didn’t complain but this incident definitely ruined the experience in this hotel for me. I was also shocked by one of the bartenders at sunset bar, he literally screamed at me for no reason at all ( Victor if I recall correctly). Again I was super polite and just asked if I can go down with my drink ( due to stairs we couldn’t bring our pram to the bar). I wish the hotel does something to improve this experience. All other members of staff were really nice, particularly Ishaq and Amyen at the main restaurant, the bartender at sugar reef bar and the French bartender at Sunset bar. They made our stay super enjoyable and it was an absolute pleasure to meet such a lovely people. I wish I could put more than 3 stars, but unfortunately the restaurant incident completely ruined our overall experience. It really is a shame because we wish we could try the food there. It did look amazing.
