Great hotel! Amazing location! Staff were very attentive and cheerful. I loved the buffets! Dinner was exceptional! They had live music for breakfast and dinner! Rooms had a great view of the sea. Catered to every need of ours. Both check in check out was easy peezy!

Dream place to stay
Highly recommend this place for a relaxing break. My wife is vegan and the staff during breakfast bent over backwards to accommodate her special needs and made a special breakfast for her which was a lovely touch. Plenty of food for vegetarians. On the whole, a lovely relaxing break and the staff overall very friendly and accommoding. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Best Honeymoon we could have asked for.
We cannot even begin to tell you how much you NEED to book this hotel. It was the nicest, calmest, most attentive hotel we have ever stayed at. We came here for a week for our honeymoon the last week of November 24 & we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco & a very relaxing check in process. We were shown to our rooms & our baggage taken for us. Upon arrival to our room we noticed a bottle of prosecco & a card congratulating us on our marriage, which was a lovely touch. We were in room 302 which had a lovely secluded balcony, slight sea views & easy access to the pool & bars. Our room was cleaned daily & always looked amazing when we returned. The bed was comfy, pillows were very large but very soft! We were slightly worried that with our room being so close to the pool & bars we would be kept up at night but we never heard a thing. The pool was lovely & heated. Even at the back end of November it was warm enough to have a dip when the heat was getting too much from sunbathing. We saw someone cleaning the pool nearly everyday & it always looked lovely. Even at night they put candles round it & it looked beautiful. The attention to detail to make everything look amazing was tremendous. The Sugar Reef bar (pool bar) was great. Good selection of soft drinks, alcohol, smoothies & protein shakes. The man behind the bar was so lovely & really made our mornings. The Sunset Bar is a MUST in an evening. The sun set around 6:30pm each night so we made sure that we were ready by then each night to enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset & it was beautiful. Again, a great selection of drinks. The staff in here were lovely however one man behind the bar was a bit rude to my husband on the first night as we didnt know it was table service, but other than that great service. The Lava Bar was also a lovely spot for nighttime drinks. We would usually finish our night here sat outside admiring the beautiful hotel. The drinks again were amazing in here & we loved all of the frozen cocktails for example Pina Coladas & Daiquiris. We went Bed & Breakfast so didnt eat that much in the hotel, but the breakfast was brilliant. The selection is like nothing I have ever seen. Even the pickiest of people can find something in there. They have EVERYTHING. I particuarly liked the crepe/waffle/pancake station, I was a regular here every morning! My husband loved the chocolate fountain too! We also loved that we could have a glass of prosecco every morning & tea & coffee brought to your table. We did have 2 lunches at the hotel whilst we were there. One at the Barefoot Grill, which is by the pool, I had the Caesar Salad & my husband had the 1/2 Chicken & we both loved it. We also went to the It's a Wrap/Coco restaurant which is outside of the hotel but still part of it. I had a caesar salad here too (this one wasnt as nice as the Barefoot Grill) and my husband had the chicken wings, which he didnt seem a fan of. Lovely little place though, looking onto the promenade. A great place to people watch. The area has lots of retaurants & bars on its doorstep as well as a short walk to Costa Adeje & a bit of a longer walk to the Veronicas side of Playa De las Americas. We got taxis to the nicer side of Playa De Las Americas at night which cost about 8euro each way. We also got a taxi to Siam Mall from here one day which again was around 10euro. You dont need to grab a taxi yourself, if you ask at reception they get you one very quickly. I dont think we ever waited more than 2 minutes for a taxi. Overall, we cannot thank everyone at Dreams Jardin Tropical enough for an amazing honeymoon. We wish we didnt have to leave & we are already planning our return next year. A memory to last a lifetime.

Amazing hotel
Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. It was absolutely perfect. The warm welcome, the attention to detail, the top class service. The beds are so comfortable, rooms are spotless clean, the pool view/sea view, beautiful! Food, drinks, pool area, all fabulous. It was a special Occasion and they addressed that upon check in. As a travel agent, I was so impressed and I will most definitely be selling this to my customers. I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay was excellent, from start to finish. Worth every cent! We loved it and I can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous hotel great facilities, emaculate and faultless service and experience from start to finish , would highly recommend to anyone , everyone , special thanks to Fabian who made the whole experience better if that’s possible. Already looking for my next stay at the Jardin tropical.
