Very good hotel Rosmary in the cafeteria is awesome she is the best she always is giving a spanish lesson which i love. The hotel wifi is a little spot but all in all a great experience. Plus room service in 24 hours. Not far from the airport. Columbia is just awesome.

The concierge was wonderful. We were a group of 24. When we needed a bus with no hesitation we had a private bus. The staff by the pool was excellent, they kept drinks and food flowing. As far as the hotel, there were issues they could not accommodate 3 adults in one room. Without us paying more money. We had stayed a whole week with three people staying a couple of days extra and they were crammed into one junior suite. The hotel seem hungry for money our transfer from the airport to the hotel we had 20 people and paid for a big bus. But going back we only had 15 going back on the same day and required a smaller bus but we had to pay for the bigger bus again.

Good destination, good food, EXCELLENT service
Excellent service. Food & Beverage was very good. At the lobby excellent bar tenders: Jon, Sayas and Victor Best Italian food and host: Leiseth The F&B director was kind enough to treat us to a special bottle of whiskey for our stay. Weather was nice and pool / lobby / restaurants were clean and spotless.

Jonathan entertainment great! He gave us the best experience ever! Can't wait to come back to ses Jonathan also the drinks and food was excellent! The pool was refreshing and relaxing the room was excellent also really had a great time and would be recommend to feiends

This was the worst resort I have ever stayed at, if it wasn’t for the friendly non English speaking staff it’s only a 1 star. The food was horrible all four in our party had and still have stomach issues. Major flooding in the resorts, holes in ceiling.
