Mar 31, 2025Great location but for the full experience you will need to upgrade to Preferred.
Purchased All-inclusive holiday through Jet 2. Pool view room offered, asked before holiday if possible to have main pool view as we are older with no kids. On arrival we had been given a children's pool view next to the slides. Enquired at reception and were told that because we were not Preferred clients that this was the only area available. The main pool was good with plenty of sunbeds as everyone else was at the Preferred pools. The restaurants are a good change to the buffet which can lack variety. The gym is well equipped and the Animation team have plenty of activities on offer. The main hotel bar doesn't open till 1700hrs , not great if you want to get out of the sun. The hotel is well situated between Playa Blanca central and the Rubicon Marina. Overall the hotel stacks up in my opinion as a good 4 star , lacking touches like waiter service at the pool, pool snackbar or ice creams distributed on hot days as I've seen done at other 5 star hotels. The divide between Preferred and the rest unfortunately is quite obvious and does leave a bad taste in the mouth when you are All inclusive but still only getting basic access to hotel areas.

Superó las expectativas, desde la cálida bienvenida, hasta las habitaciones limpias y la variedad gastronómica. Excelente ubicación y desde el primer momento el personal muy dispuesto a responder a nuestras necesidades. Hemos viajado en compañía de nuestra mascota y el trato ha sido acogedor.

Paradise
Hemos disfrutado mucho mil gracias, grande equipo y atencion al cliente. Nada era demasiado para el equipo. Piscinas muy muy bien, comida perfecto. Ubicacion perfecto, cerca de la Marina y del pueblo Playa Blanca. Lanzarote un paraiso. Volvemos seguro

Immer wieder gerne
Schöne Woche in unserem geliebten Playa Dorada. Wir waren schon mehrmals im Hotel und fühlen uns jedes Mal mehr zuhause. Wir gatten einen Zimmerwunsch im zweiten Stock, der sogar erfüllt wurde, gute abwechslungsreiche Küche und netter Service. Freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal, danke Dreams Team!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location
Despite the disappointing weather Dreams hotel ensured we had a lovely week. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk to Rubicon Marina in one direction and town the other with a very nice beach opposite the hotel. We stayed as Preferred Club guests which gave us access to two private pools, very nice, and a private lounge which offered snacks and soft and hot drinks all day, very useful and a nice relaxing space to go to. The staff were all fantastic and our queries were always dealt with without delay. The animation team were great too! The hotel and resort in general were spotless, the room and beds were comfortable and we thought the food was all high quality and varied catering for all tastes. We will return if we come back to Playa Blanca. Thank you everyone!
