Our vacation was for myself, my husband and our 16-year-old daughter. We had a great time. Despite many comments that we read about potential illness, etc., we did not experience anything of the sort. We ate anything and everything we wanted to. The food at the Italian restaurant, the Mexican restaurant particularly stood out in her minds. We enjoyed the flexibility of the buffet, allowing us to get breakfast and lunch as we needed. And we could get it to go as well. The entertainment team was fantastic. Special shout out to Justin Bieber and Tairi call mom who went out of their way to include us and make sure we had a good time. The fire show was particularly enjoyable. A special shout out to our housekeeper Carmen, who is friendly and accommodating. We were preferred club, and did have a butler. Our experience with the Butler was not quite what we had expected or anticipated. Our particular butler was easy to get a hold of through the WhatsApp, however, after the first day at check-in, we didn’t see him in person at all. I’m not going to mention his name, because I did notice that many of the other butlers sought and interacted with their clientele. I think it’s just a luck of the draw. All in all, I would recommend this resort to anyone who asked.

Our family loved our vacation at Dreams Macao Beach! The open air lobby is beautiful, the swim out rooms amazing and the staff offered top level service. Our concierge, Luis, made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Johanny made the best drinks!

Overall good experience
This dreams hotel was much better than the one in Mexico. The entertainment, drinks and food were better overall. The buffet at least offers stations that cook for you on the spot. Make sure to set up a reservation in person for the specialty restaurants unless you're just 2-4 people needing a table. The beach is absolutely beautiful.

Amazing !! Best wedding ever!!!!
Had my destination wedding here and it was the best day of my life. We had Marcibel the wedding coordinator help us out and without her, we wouldn’t have had such a perfect wedding. Everything from start to finish. We also used Maggie at Destination Weddings to help us secure rooms for our guests. So grateful for the way we were treated and celebrated. This was the best vacation ever and I am so blessed to have been helped by real people that care. Thank your Marcibel!!!

Great Trip
The hotel and staff were amazing, from the minute we arrived the staff were all friendly and helpful, the check in process was easy as we were preferred and we had our own lounge where we checked in.We were taken to our room by our Butler Miguel who checked in with us every day and sorted all sorts of things for us, he came and found us daily to check in with us too, he was lovely, Our room was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed, the room was cleaned daily and the towels etc always changed for clean. The shower in the room wasn't the best but it worked ok, we were in block 2 and the view was beautiful of the pool and ocean. The lift did stop working for a few days but the exercise of the stairs to the 4th floor done us well. The gardens and site are always clean and tidy and the garden staff work so hard to up keep everything and keep it looking nice. We had breakfast every day in the world cafe the buffet restaurant and there was a great choice of food and even cooking stations to get an omelette etc. we were seen in and looked after by Alexandra on arrival, she also works at the Japanese restaurant too, and we were also looked after in the preferred lounge by Kelvin, Robert and Landra. We ate in every other restaurant in the evenings and they were all good except the sea side grill where the orders were all wrong and the food was not very special so only went there once, the Italian was ok but the pizza was like a supermarket frozen one when they had proper oven baked ones for lunch at the Bare foot grill. Out two favorite restaurants were the French where we were looked after by Randy and Cristian and Japanese where Daniel looked after us, the food and service here were beyond good. In the evenings we would sit at the lobby bar where most of the entertainment happened, the drinks were good here and the staff really looked after you a special mention to Yafreisy, Daniela, Anabel and Arelis who were amazing, we loved the Queen show and the Rock band they were great shows, some times the entertainment was a little hit and miss. There was a lot of Spring breakers there and most of the time they were ok but on the odd occasion it was a bit noisy but that didn't spoil our holiday. We spent some time on the beech but as others have said the sea is rough but we enjoyed being in the sea diving into the big waves, the preferred beech area is nice and we were looked after by Francisco but it is too secluded from the ocean so we spent most of our time at the preferred adult only pool where we were looked after by the amazing Moises who went out of his way to help us, also Anderson when Moises was off, also Rossy who kept us watered around the pool and Erick who helped getting lunch for us (otoh) All in all a great place with great staff, if ever we visit the island again we would stay here again.
