    Feliz por la. Hora de lo niños

    La Actividad del hotel son muy buenas en especial la de hora de fiesta de los niños el hotel es excelente, y las actividades son muy buenas Miguel nos atendió en las actividades para mis hija y os fue increíble, la atención en bebidas es todo el tiempo y el. Clima increíble, así que espero volver pronto

    I'll be back!

    We came with 16 people, 4 families. Samantha from entertainment was awesome. Always something going on. Food was top notch, pools were super clean, bartenders had all my favorite drinks. I recommend staying here if you have kids in their teens. Mine are 19 and 17. Extremely family oriented establishment. We will be back

    dreams natura overall review

    I love the whole entertainment team there’s always fun pool activities going on. Jonathan and Samantha were great with all the kids and water activities. great experience overall. the resort was very well ran and such a great place for family.

    Do it. Great resort all around.

    Noe Pat as our butler (service that comes with the Preferred suite room) provided a service I didn't know I was going to receive and one I didn't know I needed until he provided it. He was able to save pool chairs for us in the morning, be there to answer questions via text at all times, make reservations at restaurants that don't take reservations, and more. We did Le Petit Chef and it was best food quality, amazing service, and the experience was great. We have a 6 and 8 year old and they said they'll never forget it. They loved the kids club one day while we were at the spa and they begged to go back the next day. Very important to me is cleanliness and I'll say that the whole resort including the room was noticeably clean at all times. It really stood out. The food throughout the resort I thought was great, but room service food is really bad so avoid that. Entertainment at night was great, plenty of activities for the kids. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't leave the resort. If we had gone longer we may have done a day at Isla Mujeres, but we loved the resort so much we stayed the whole time.

    Fun Times At Dreams Natura

    We traveled as a group of 10. We found the resort to be nice, and well maintained. The staff members in all locations were pleasant and always willing to help out with any questions. We found the restraunts to be about on average with what we have come to expect with regards to food and the amount of time spent at the restraunts (we didn't have any bad food experiences, but nothing that exceeded our expectations either). The pools were great, just know at the infinity pool you may wait behind rows of kids coming for their drinks. All of the pool attendants did a great job, we came to really appreciate Julio as he did a great job providing service all week. Know that the pool chair game is real here, and that many people get out before sunrise to get the spot they want. Overall, we had a great exeperience. If you are traveling with kids (which is why you would go to a Dreams property) you and your family should have a great time!
