    Gorgeous all inclusive experience

    Loved our stay at dreams onyx! The resort is gorgeous and even at full capacity never felt crowded. We enjoyed the variety of food options and having access to Breathless made our nightly dinner choices even harder. Our favorite restaurant was the French at breathless but the dreams Mexican, Italian, and steakhouse were all delicious too. We were preferred club and definitely recommend it. The preferred adults only pool area is very nice with lots of great shaded areas and available chairs. The wait staff constantly come around for drink refills and the drinks tend to be stronger / better liquor. Our room in building 6 was clean and stayed pretty cool. We would stay here again!

    This is a great resort!!!

    This hotel was fantastic. We traveled a family of 4 but were accompanied by another couple (friends). We were able to utilize the preferred benefits and I feel it was worth it. Javier was our butler and he made our trip so much more special in so many way. Huge help. This resort is full of so many great employees. Outstanding service. The swim-up room we had, the lazy river, and the private oasis that we rented really set this experience a part from our previous stay. We will definitely be back some day!!

    Exceeded expectations.

    After reading the reviews, I was getting a little nervous going. We were there for our kids, senior spring break trip and there was probably 35 of us in total. I thought the resort was fantastic. The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet were amazing. I would definitely go back.

    Had a good time

    Our building was very clean. The pools were clean. I do know one building had cockroaches but that is inevitable in a hot destination. Luckily we never had them in our room. The steakhouse was incredible. The beach was clean. The pools were nicely spaced out. Had a place for everyone. The lazy river is a lot of fun. Definitely wish there was at least one bar open late in the night but overall very good.

    We loved Dreams Onyx!

    You cannot go wrong at Dreams Onyx. Our family had an incredible vacation. We have a family member with food intolerances and she was well taken care of. The pool and beach facilities were IMPECCABLE every day, and staff worked tirelessly to ensure a great experience for their guests.
