This resort was a perfect spot ! The staff at Dreams, especially Elias, were super friendly and helpful with questions we needed during our stay. The pools and beach access were awesome spots on the resort. So many events and restaurants on the resort to help create memories for a lifetime.

Nelson is the man
Nelson was the most exceptional butler I have ever had. He took care of everything! Didn’t have to worry about reservations or bags or even transportation! Outstanding and would highly highly recommend his service and Dreams Onyx of punta cana!!

Dreams Onyx Vacay 2025
I have never been out of the US. This was my first international trip. It was by far the best experience I have ever had. Our butler Elias was top notch. He would check on us every morning and throughout the day. Whatever we needed it would take care of it. He made all of our dinner reservations for dinner and even the guys fishing trip. Best time ever. Will definitely go again.

Amazing Experience
From the staff that took us to the Hotel, the staff that received us, the front desk personnel, the custodial, the pool bar people they are all amazing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet was good, El Tamarindo restaurant was my favorite but they all great. I had a problem with the lights in the room and in less than 5 minutes they took care of it. The cleaning and mini bar crew were great as well. We will be visiting again no doubt.

The BEST first experience at an all-inclusive
Went with my husband as a birthday celebration trip and could not have asked for a better experience. No matter what type of trip you are looking for, you will find it at Dreams Onyx. Relax or swim in the ocean or pools (adults only available for preferred), float down the lazy river, hang out at a swim-up bar or have your favorite beverage delivered to your lounge chair, attend a yoga or dance class or a pool party, book a spa service (couples massage was incredible), enjoy a nightly show (music, dancing, karaoke, talent acts), head next door to the casino or nightclub at the Breathless Resort, book an excursion to explore the area - so many ways to enjoy your time here! Outside of the amazing accommodations and beautiful location, the real stars of this resort are the people there to ensure you have the best time. From your initial greeting at check-in until your departing goodbye, you will encounter the friendliest, most attentive, hospitality professionals. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted with a fist bump (and mimosa) by Victor. His contagious smile and warm personality were a great start to the days. If you book a preferred room, I hope you are lucky enough to have Aris as your concierge. It is obvious his top priority is your comfort and enjoyment. He is there (quickly) if you need him to answer a question, make a dinner reservation, book a service, or anything else you may need during your time at the resort. 100% recommend Dreams Onyx and look forward to returning!
