Only stayed two nights before travelling but fantastic hotel & experience very clean, friendly staff, great service top class. Plenty of space and facilities none of that nonsense with peoplereserving sunbeds at 7am. Some restaurants had hour wait but worth it, food was fantastic and if didn't want to wait buffet available

Not worth it for the money. Food is a huge part of an all inclusive and this placed lacked variety, flavour and freshness. Not worth it. Speciality restaurants were especially bad. Better resorts out there. Also, some of the staff were just plain rude. Grounds are nice though.

quick trip before christmas
great trip. staff excellent. pool concierge alberto was so very helpful. he made our trip so easy and stress free handling all our needs and questions. we loved the pool cabanas and hibachi dinner. the pools were warm for december and we all enjoyed water slides.

Others in the group enjoyed it and took advantage of all it offered that was included. The pool surfaces need to be updated we had so many cuts from the pool. Or water shoes. I don't drink and have specific food issues. So this was not a trip for me. However it was a family reunion with one child. The staff was always helpful even if they couldn't help.

I love this resort because of their great food. Great service always have this place clean and looking great Their staff is awesome friendly We had a great time at the pool with Luis he made our Trip a Blast . We did do golf for extra cost but was worth it. We didn’t make it to the Hibachi restaurant we couldn’t t get a reservation.
