Huge hotel with lots of space around the pools. We had amazing from service from everyone. We stayed in an oceanfront preferred club room. It was spacious and clean. We used the preferred club lounge bar in the evenings as the main lobby bar was really busy with not much seating. It was t really an issue but there was at least 1 wedding and a maximum of 4, everyday of our 2 week stay.

Nice beach, good resort for families
Nice all inclusive for families. Food was not excellent but the service was good. The best part is the beach and my massage with Rocio. We didn’t try the pool so can’t speak to that. Location is 45 minutes from the airport. We had a garden room, but it was really disappointing that our balcony was open to several other rooms via a terrace so our view was concrete and not garden and our balcony was far from private. Wait times were very long for dinner -30 minutes to 2 hours

Beautiful and fun resort, perfect for our family trip!
We just returned from Dreams Playa Mujeres and had a fantastic trip. The grounds are beautiful and they are always cleaning/grooming to make sure it's in pristine condition! Our room (villa) was wonderful and great for our multi-generational family that was there. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we never lacked for something to do! Pools; waterslides (so much fun!), the beach (STUNNING!!!) and activities...we all agreed this was the best family trip (and Christmas) we could have planned. We highly recommend it!

Can we stay longer?
We had an excellent time. Great experience with all the staff. The excursions added the extra excitement. We visited Tulum and the Cenotes, swam with the dolphins and snorkeling! Arturo and Pedro made our time special and put a smile on our faces with the great hospitality! We didn’t want to leave.

Great Resort!
Only stayed two nights before travelling but fantastic hotel & experience very clean, friendly staff, great service top class. Plenty of space and facilities none of that nonsense with peoplereserving sunbeds at 7am. Some restaurants had hour wait but worth it, food was fantastic and if didn't want to wait buffet available
