all inclusive!

The beach was over ran with seaweed and one day it was not, and then the next it was, so beware of the possibility of a not so pretty beach, but if you walk down for 25 minutes on their beach you will find really blue water! The restaurants are pretty standard and the buffet that runs breakfast and dinner isnt so bad either if you're looking for a free plate to eat! The hotel itself is pretty chill. The spa prices are insane. The hydrotherapy isn't worth it, but the massage therapists are so sweet and know what they're doing. I did not do any salon services! the bartenders are very sweet, don't forget to tip them, they do so well to remember everyones names and be kind when everyone bum rushes them with drink orders. Rolando, Clever, Christian and Jose from the beach BarAcuda bar are so sweet and fantastic, and definitely made my day! - Mymy

Wonderful!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. We went with our two children, who were entertained all day every day. There was a good variety of restaurants, the food was good. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment was varied nicely.

Not a 5 star experience

This resort is a wedding factory and not a 5 star experience at all - the beach was awful - be warned! This was the worst all inclusive I have yet to stay at. Restaurant situation was a nightmare , rooms were outdated, resort activities were none existent. Terrible experience overall.

Terrible food! Stay away!

This was a very disappointing trip. The hotel service was good but the food and room were not strong experience. Please do not go if you care about what you eat. It was like eating on the kids menu for 3 days. Often times the food was over cooked. We went for a wedding and even the wedding dinner was subpar. Most people did not eat. Thank God for the dinner rolls!

Great experience

The hotel facilities and rooms are beautiful and kept clean and fresh. The staff are lovely and everyone at the resort did their best to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool area is very busy with loud music and multiple bars and places to eat so it's hard to fully relax there but still a lovely pool area. The beach is much quieter. We had our own plunge pool at our room which was really worth getting and was a nice place to relax away from the busy pool area. I really felt rested and cared for but the resort definitely makes its money back by serving low quality food and drink. The drinks can be watery and taste cheap. The food sometimes is stale, dry and feels like it's being constantly reheated. The best dinner we had was in the french restaurant which we really enjoyed. The breakfast buffet is good too but the lunch and dinner buffet is low quality. I did love my stay but I felt like I wasn't being given my money's worth in food and drink quality which was a shame.
