    Not what it used to be to be.

    Only thing amazing was the French restaurant.was there a few years ago and this time it went down down down.Lets talk about a hotel with a full house they close some restaurants on different nights.I went to check out the buffet and it’s a 2 star for dinner.For breakfast it was very good.Steakhouse was ok one night awful the next.Lunch around the pool was good.They better up this hotel cause talking to staff and customers it is not what it use to be.I want to recommend Chef Antonio,waiter EDY and Robert.To a real gentleman Mr Juan Carlos thanks for trying to make our stay special.

    Look no further-BEST all inclusive- Dreams Riveria Maya, Cancun

    Dreams Riviera Maya all-inclusive Resort is a MUST! Look no further if you want exceptional service, incredible activities, deliciously prepared food and staff that goes above and beyond at every turn. Gorgeous resort-spa is a must! Perfect for families or couples! This resort will exceed your expectations. Definitely take advantage of their nightly singing in their outstanding lobby and enjoy relaxing and having drinks at the Rendezvous Bar in the lobby before you go to dinner!

    Not a luxury resort

    Not even close to a 4-5 star resort. Food was terrible and good luck getting a seat by the pool or beach. We even book preferred club! Most of the staff were amazing, this rating has nothing to do with them. We stayed at this resort in 2018 and had a totally different experience. This resort has gone downhill since Hyatt took over. Extremely disappointed

    Great service, great location

    The location was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean but some what dated. The food was okay. The coffee shop was 24 hours and the coffee was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Some family members had trouble receiving room service though. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

    Great all-inclusive with something for everyone.

    There is something for everyone here. Amazing for small kids, a wedding every day and all points in between. The grounds are very well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly. This is an all-inclusive, so there is the very good about it and a few things to keep in mind. There is always something to eat and drink. The restaurants open at 6 for dinner and there can be a line to get in. I do recommend getting the “Preferred Club”. There is a great place to hang out with snacks and a bar, as well as a space at the beach. Santiago was always there when we needed something.
