Perfect resort, nice staff, great food and drink, beautiful beach. Maybe too many annoying beach vendors for my taste. Otherwise everything really perfect.We were a preferred club and had a great personal concierge named Mayker. Thank you for the great care and greetings from Slovakia . :-)

Our best vacation so far
Getting to Dominica from Hungary is a bit difficult, but it was well worth the long journey. We were completely satisfied with the hotel in every respect. The food, service, and amenities were all fantastic. The staff in the restaurants and bars were friendly and helpful. I have to highlight the Blue Dorado pool bar where the mixers always created a good atmosphere. If we can resolve this, there is no doubt where we will spend our next fall break.

Fantastic Resort
Great resort! Fantastic, friendly staff! The pool is awesome and the grounds are beautiful. There's wonderful nature path over a lake with abundant wildlife. The restaurants did not require reservations and we never waited long for a table. The food was good and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this resort.

Hotel experience
This hotel was good the staff is very friendly they always have activities to keep you entertained. And they room was clean and they are very good with anything you need. The beach area is nice and clean the pools was also clean I loved it and plan on returning soon

Dreams Royal Beach- One of our Favorite Vacations!
My family and I just returned from Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. We had a wonderful time and hope to return at some point in the future. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Common areas are constantly being cleaned, the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room tidy, well-stocked with food and drinks, and ready for our return each evening. Pools, lounge areas, beach, teen center, and all bars and restaurants were kept in proper order at all times. As a person who owns a few restaurants, I tend to notice “faults” that may be over-looked by others. The Dreams team was on-point the week that we stayed at the resort and should be applauded for their work. We ate at each restaurant and enjoyed every meal. My teen girls were well-satisfied by the offerings of the buffet and looked forward to exploring the foods and being exposed to new items that they had not previously encountered. We took part in the daily resort activities on the beach and poolside and we made sure to check out the evening’s entertainment each night. The Queen cover band put on a great show and the resort’s entertainment team were amazing- huge personalities, lots of fun, lots of laughs, and the team showed that they loved their job and they effortlessly interacted with the resort guests and made sure that everyone had the chance to enjoy themselves and be a part of whichever activity was going-on. Kudos to the team- they were a lot of fun, brought a lot of energy to the resort, and helped make the week awesome. I need to give a shout-out to some special people: Ariel and Claudia in the dining area were remarkable. Ariel has a huge, out-going personality and after the first night being our server, he remembered us and gave a big hello the following time we dined at the buffet. Each time we entered the buffet the rest of the week, we looked for him. If he saw us first, he would invite us to sit in his section if a table was available. Claudia was a pleasure; super-sweet and made sure that every time we were in her section, we were well-taken care of. Claudia always had a huge smile and was always cheery. Everyone needs a Claudia! One of the great amenities of Dreams Royal Beach is the 24-hour Coco Café. The café has different types of coffee, fruit drinks, finger sandwiches, fruit cups, donuts and pastries, etc. Lilliana was frequently there and made sure that we stayed well-fed. On days when we were in a rush to go out on an excursion, we would grab a quick bite to eat from the café as we waited for a tour van to pull up front to the lobby. Having the café was a huge benefit. A suggestion for the property management: Please install some fans by the ping pong table, foosball, domino table area. There is very little air flow there and it was uncomfortable hot each night we went over there to play. One item to be aware of in regards to the resort, and our only complaint, is the amount of smoking around the resort. At the pools, beach, and entertainment area- you cannot get away from it. We moved our seats multiple times trying to avoid the cigarette and cigar smoke but often were stuck either putting up with the smoking or having to choose to leave the activity. The amount of smoking was pretty disgusting. I would like the resort to designate smoking/no-smoking areas so that non-smokers are not forced to be in close proximity to those people who choose to smoke. Before booking our Dreams Royal Beach vacation, we read many reviews. Some of the reviews stated that non-Spanish speakers were at times over-looked or given a lower-level of service than Spanish speakers. We did not experience any of that nor witness that occurring to any other guests nor hear complaints from any other guests about that type of item happening. All of the teams at Dreams Royal Beach were a pleasure at all times and showed tremendous amounts of hospitality.
