This hotel was a great experience. The food and drinks were delicious. Luis Abreu made the best drinks! There were fun kids activities every day (making slime, cool hats, face painting, etc). The shows were great every night. The kids loved the ice cream and cotton candy!

10/10 Experience at Dreams Punta Cana Royal Beach
The stay with my family at Royal Beach was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the preferred club rooms by the Seaside grill. The room was large and with very nice finishing, was cleaned twice daily, and very close to the beach and pool areas. Our concierge, Marcelo, was nothing short of spectacular. If we needed anything, dinner reservations, transportation, anything at all moments notice he was able to provide. He frequently sent us cheese and chocolate covered strawberries to our rooms, as well as champagne and wine. Our family did tennis lessons with Francis. He was an amazing coach, and we had a lesson almost every day with him. Our tennis skills improved and it was a great way to get started with playing tennis. He and Juan provided excellent service, giving us towels, water, and anything else we needed while we were on the court. The bartenders and restaurant staff were kind and friendly, and the food was top notch as well. The resort itself is very large and and beautifully landscaped. We were told the resort was full but it genuinely didn’t feel like it. Never had a hard time getting a chair at the beach or pool. It was one of the best resorts I’ve been to. I will definitely be back at Dreams Royal Beach.

Robert Garcia is the best!
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I have been to several dreams hotels before but this one is by far the best of them all! The preferred at secrets is def worth the upgrade! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we even extended our stay. Robert G. at the preferred bar is excellent! We payed a visit to him every night. We will def come back to this hotel in the near future.

Punta Cana 2025
Definitely a 5 star for me with my experience. Found the staff to be friendly and well groomed. The resort itself was wonderful, ample amenities and food was good. The only exception was we attended a sales meeting and were given spa vouchers that were not entirely honored. There was miscommunication between us and it was not in my favor. Although they did try to make things right, it was not to my satisfaction and that left a bad feeling for me. My advice is to just be cautious and understand everything FIRST before attending. With that said, we had Oscar as our point person and he was no less than professional and courteous. This was not something he “duped” us with. As I said, it was the spa receptionist . Other than that, we had a 5 star experience at Dreams Royal.

First visit to Punta Cana
This was my first trip to Punta Cana and my 1st stay at an all inclusive, so keep in mind that I have nothing to compare it to, but my friend and I stayed 4 nights (was supposed to be 5 until our flight delay). We opted to stay in the preferred section (new) and our room was very spacious and our concierge Michael was awesome. He checked in on us several times a day and it was nice that he took care of everything that we would have needed. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming. My friend was recovering from a broken bone/surgery, so we needed the golf cart transportation to get around, but I felt everything was walkable if you don't mind walking. The weather was great everyday. Don't worry about the rain. If it does rain, it's usually short lived and clears up by mid morning. We did 2 excursions - the "free" shipping trip which was worth doing and only lasted 2 hrs. We did the 4 hr "party" boat and that was great as well. We opted out of the snorkeling but the sand bar was fun. All the staff on the boat was fantastic. I would certainly go back and highly recommend this resort. All of the food was good. We tried a lot of different things and again, I have nothing to compare it to, but everything we had was good. If something wasn't cooked right, they brought you another one. The drinks was good and plentiful! Met so many people from all over.
