    Dreams do come true!

I read some horrible reviews about the food, and hotel. Personally I thought it was great. From breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the al la carte restaurants were also very good IMO. Always fresh and different. Staff by the beach and pools are very attentive , always making sure your needs are being met. Hotel called our room daily to check in on us and inquire if we required anything which I thought was a nice touch. We are a young family, my son is 1.5 years old, I couldn’t believe how loving Dominicans are towards children. Says a lot about the culture. My family and I will def return to this hotel. Great experience overall. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff, you were wonderful for us!

    Best ever in DR!

Friendliest and most health staff you will ever make on holiday. Very comfortable beds along with super size rooms that I’ll everything you want. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The drinks are premium drinks including good scotch, vodka, rum, gin et cetera. They offer a preferred club which we took and this was very worthwhile. We will go again

    Great family vacation!

We have just returned from Dreams Royale and highly recommend it for your vacation. We were three families with four children 2-5 yrs. This resort is very kid oriented and the staff always pay attention to the children. It was a bonus that there was a big theatre we would go to after dinner that had something for the kids. There was often a group of kids on the stage just dancing to music. To be honest the adult entertainment is not that good.. We were very happy with our rooms. We did have some issues with housekeeping for a few days but after talking to the concierge, it was quickly resolved. There are lots of options for the kids to swim. They tried them all and we often ended up at the beach. Unfortunately every day was windy with high waves. One day the kids were able to experience jumping the waves, with life jackets on of course. Also there were always chairs available and a few places to pick up new towels. There’s a little shop where you can buy floaties and they blow them up. These are great for the pools. There’s a lazy river type pool(but not) that goes on and on and is great to steer the kids through on their floaties. It was a bonus to have the beach restaurant, The Tides, when you didn’t want to go to the buffet. It had lots to offer including salad and fruit. It was nice to not have to worry about booking restaurants. Only the Japanese Restaurant required a reservation. We were very happy with all of the food options and they are not fussy about the dress code in any of the restaurants excluding beach attire of course. You can however enter the buffet as long as the ladies have coverups and the men a t-shirt. Everywhere we chose to go ,beach or pool, there was a staff member frequently coming by to take drink orders. That could simply be more water for the kids. We were so happy with the resort we have vowed to make it an annual family vacation spot.

    Marvellous.

My wife and I stayed at Dreams Royal Beach over Christmas and New Year and had an absolutely wonderful time. We stayed in a preferred club premium suite, garden view in the new section. The room was massive, huge comfortable bed and kept spotless by housekeeping. The staff in all departments are charming friendly people who do an amazing job of looking after their guests. The food was excellent overall, hats off to the chefs. Would we return, it’s a definite yes.

    Amazing Resort

We had an amazing time at this resort. Yacaira was very personable, friendly and helpful as our butler. Maximiliano is the man at the pool bar, he makes a mean choco banana. The beach views are amazing, I highly recommend staying at this resort.
