Overall this was a great experience, however the food was subpar at best. The staff were courteous, the hotel was beautiful, the pools were prestigious, the gaming area needs to be undated and maintained, I would have like to have more dancing opportunities in the entertainment area.

GreaT family resort.
This was a good family resort. The food was good, the pools were great as was the beach. Everybody enjoyed the water slides and there was plenty of chairs and shady spots. The beach is really nice and the staff is very attentive. The service was excellent. It is also a nice size with 500 rooms.

Best adult vacation ever.
Bed was comfortable. Layout of room was very good. Floors were very slippery when wet, cleaning staff always reminded us to be careful walking on the floor. Loved the walk-in showers. Absolutely loved the king swim up room. Jose was the best!

Unforgettable
They were all absolutely wonderful, but a handful of people stood out and took great care of us. Emmanuel Morillo was our Butler, He was perfection, anything and everything we needed he took care of it for us. We will forever consider him our friend!! On the Entertainment Staff we became great friends with Tony Alfredo, and his side kick Jonathan, what wonderful humans, they went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time, along with the beautiful Picachu, what a delight!! Nestor and Ismael stood out at the Seaside grill. They were very attentive, making sure we always had everything we needed, and they always remembered our favorites and brought them to us without us even asking. All of these individuals work so very hard and it shows. The work is hard and the days are long, but they do it all with a smile on their faces!! They are pure joy ♥️. We loved our trip and will definitely return!! We consider all of these people our friends, they will always hold a special place in our hearts!! Thank you all for your hospitality and kindness!!

Amazing resort
We are just returning from our vacation in Punta Cana. It was truly amazing! The buildings and grounds were very clean and well maintained. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the public area restrooms. They were frequently there to clean and check in. Our room was nice with a comfortable bed. The food was very good. The restaurants were phenomenal! All of the staff we encountered were top notch and so courteous. Luis was an amazing bartender every night we were there!! The beach is beautiful. We loved being able to walk on the beautiful beach for miles. The entertainment team is also top notch. They did an excellent job every single day. We will definitely go back
