We did a last minute trip to DR, we chose this resort based on availability. The location and grounds are amazing, we enjoyed taking multiple walks around the property throught out the day and evening. The evening walk across the lagoon is beautiful. The food is very good, we enjoyed all our meals. We have some dietary restrictions and this resort is amazing to ensure your dietary needs are met. The executive chef Fernando Moreno and his team will ensure you are taken care of. we want to thank Kenia, the food concierge for looking after us at every meal. She is very pleasant and takes great care to ensure you are looked after at the restaurants if you have any food allergies. We also want to personally thank Chef Jeronimo, he make some special meals for us due to our dietary restrictions, truly some of the best meals we have had in the Carribean. The wait staff were all very good and we didn't get all their names. Ernesto always had a smile and very professional service. Yudeter at Coco cafe, always had a special coffee for us. The one negative aspect we experieced was housekeeping, we were in Preferred Club, yet our room was never cleaned on time. We always had to remind house keeping to come and freshen our room. For this level of hotel I found this surprising. We had to remind them several times, but once they came they did a good job. But not a deal breaker, just something was off that week perhaps. We will be back next year!

When travel Agents Travel
YACA (our butler), Mr. Wonderful, Espresso, the whole entertainment staff and the best server on the resort Wilkin, made our stay unforgettable! Service was 100%, food was great! The resort is beautiful and I would definitely go back, plus it's kid friendly! The shows at night were great, the club was fun and the casino even though we lost was a good time!

Wedding/Family Vacation
We stayed here for our destination wedding. 35 of our family and friends. We were not disappointed. The wedding was planned by our coordinator Danilka and it turned out absolutely perfect. All the staff that worked our wedding were so fun and nobody ever had an empty drink! All the bars/restaurants were great. The bar outside of the world Cafe we visited every night for an espresso martini made by Maximilian. Our butler Emmanuel took amazing care of us. Even set up our room with a cake and champagne for my husband's birthday! We will be back to this resort for the staff alone but also the amazing views. Could not have picked a better resort for our destination wedding!

Paradise
Perfect resort, nice staff, great food and drink, beautiful beach. Maybe too many annoying beach vendors for my taste. Otherwise everything really perfect.We were a preferred club and had a great personal concierge named Mayker. Thank you for the great care and greetings from Slovakia . :-)

Our best vacation so far
Getting to Dominica from Hungary is a bit difficult, but it was well worth the long journey. We were completely satisfied with the hotel in every respect. The food, service, and amenities were all fantastic. The staff in the restaurants and bars were friendly and helpful. I have to highlight the Blue Dorado pool bar where the mixers always created a good atmosphere. If we can resolve this, there is no doubt where we will spend our next fall break.
