Positive points: - It was the best resort that we have been to so far. - The resort is large and has a nice combination of nature, beach and amenities. - It has a long beach with a nice beach bar - Daily activities were really good, such as biking, archery, dance, etc. - For snorkeling they picked us up at the hotel's beach which was very convenient - Very nice staff - It has nice restaurants and a really good buffet with many high quality food options. - Quality of drinks was better than other resorts - The rooms were very clean and nice Negative points: - The beach has seaweed and although they clean it every day but they don't seem to remove the seaweed and they just mix it with the sand which makes the sand dark. If you walk to other nearby resorts, you will see much nicer sand there so to me it seems that this resort doesn't try as hard to remove the seaweed. - Pools were cold - Water at the beach is generally darker than the hotel zone beaches so we had to take a taxi and go to hotel zone beaches a few times - The last part of the road to the hotel is very rough and it was a bit disappointing - The theater didn't have enough seats - Most of the night shows were boring but instead they had a mind blowing fire show on one of the nights - Mexican restaurant didn't feel Mexican in terms of theme and decoration

Amazing Resort and Workers
Richi, Alfredo, and Mar were outstanding, They provided amazing customer service and got along with everyone. Mar was especially very fun and great at her job. Alfredo gave us amazing service with our meals, and Richi was amazing with his activities. overall very fun trip because of these amazing people. and an amazing resort.

Amazing vacation!!
Great service, food, activities and overall fun!! Richi, Mar, and Alfredo were amazing! I definitely recommend coming lots of fun during the day and night time. You will never get bored from everything going on and you will always be able to find something to do that you enjoy.

Family Vacation
Wow! Such a fantastic trip! We were in the preferred club, so worth the extra money for sure. Free one time use at the hydro spa, better upscale booze, adults only pool with free beds, access to preferred lounge and check in(super easy and quick). Don’t bring a pool lounger, they were lots when we were there. Staff were beyond amazing! We travel a lot and the staff here were 10/10! Some stand out staff! Shout out to.. Hector(preferred check in) Jose(bartender and waiter at preferred pool) wow! He is good at what he does! Alfredo- waiter at la Patio- might be the best human ever! We went there twice just to go back to see him! Dyanna-hostess at the breakfast buffet (she was always smiling and loves her job!) Lorenzo- buffet breakfast waiter, he was so enthusiastic and happy! Loved his energy! The only suggestion we would have to say is that the preferred lounge could use a little better atmosphere(maybe some music or better bartenders)… it just seems a little boring in there… Entertainment was good We old go back, but only preferred section for sure!

Amazing resort… must do Indigo
From the minute we walked in the experience was beyond great and friendly. All the staff were friendly. We upgraded from preferred club to Indigo and this was the best choice of our trip. All the food, restaurants, bars,drinks were A+ great resort.
