    Great hotel

    This hotel supprised mě more than I expected!!! Great food, nice hotel stuff, funny animátor team.. I want to highlights Karen ať the drinky And Smoothie bar, She was do kind And She did her work reálky goooood!!! I can ONLY recommend hotel to visit

    Great Hotel,nice animation team

    Ricky was the best animator and dancer!! Enjoyed foam party and the hotel I enjoyed a lot!!! I would definitely recommend to spend the holidays in this hotel... I would repeat if I could. The drinks are also best I had In my experience, really delicious 😋

    My experience at Dreams was bittersweet

    My experience at Dreams was bittersweet. It's unfortunate that a 5-star resort doesn't offer natural juices in such a tropical country. They only serve artificial bottled juices, which was quite disappointing. The piña colada was terrible, while the tequila margarita was the only good drink. The food quality was average, with no excellence in the preparations. However, I must say the entertainment was excellent, a solid 10! The people who took the photos did an amazing job. As for cleanliness, everything was fine.

    Enjoyable Stay

    Rodrigo at the front desk was exceptional. He communicated clearly and ensured that my stay was enjoyable. He went above and beyond by assisting me in upgrading to a room with pool access, His attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience!

    Clean, comfortable & enjoyable!

    Amenities were clean & well-kept. Beds were comfy. Staff was phenomenal. I preferred eating at the buffet (World Cafe) for meals for the variety & convenience & food options were great. Not a big drinker, but the few mixed drinks i had were tasty (only tip…..ask for double or triple to make it equivalent to the”actual” alcohol content a drink should have.) Met my expectations of an all-inclusive resort. Was not disappointed.
