    Great hotel, seaweed spoiler

    Hotel is very nice and food options are very good. Unfortunately, the seaweed is killing the experience of going to Cancun-Tulum area. If one is going for the beach (my case), the beach becomes really ugly with the seaweed Aremi in specialty restaurants and Erick with the entertainment team provide excellent service, very attentive and proactive.

    The Royal Treatment

    My wife Heidy and I went to Dreams during our recent vacation. We are new VIP members of the World of Hyatt Travel Club, which Dreams is part of. We absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is 2nd to none. There is so much to do there. We received the Royal treatment from Jan while we were on the beach during the day. He took extra special care of us and we are forever grateful to have met him. And at night the entertainment was Top Notch. I highly recommend Dreams. You’ll never want to wake up 😉

    Sleepless in Tulum

    Wow, where do I begin. First we did not get the rooms we booked. We reserved a Preferred Club Hacienda “Suite” and a Deluxe Ocean View I upgraded to Preferred Club. Upon arrival we were told the Deluxe Ocean View building was under renovations and we were given another Hacienda “Suite.” The 2nd room had no view, the first had a side view of the ocean. These are not suites, basically a large hotel room. Outside our room on the interior of the building was a Cafe (noise at 6AM). We returned from dinner to a blaring Mariachi Band right below our room. When we went to the Preferred Club Reception I was told, “the band will be done in 20 minutes and the bar closes at 11PM.” That was true, except he left out that the nightclub DJ started at 11PM until 1AM. We were moved to different building away from the non-Preferred Club that I thought would have been a privilege. The lounge is nice with drinks and small bites and the staff is pleasant. It’s expensive with a poor return on investment, the beach really isn’t swim-able. We should have had at least the sleepless night comped and it wasn’t. Find another place to stay.

    Tulum experience

    Amazing experience with Angel Entretairenment team and Erick! They are the best! Best party in Mexico!!! We loved the energy and the vibe! They have the best energy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I got the VIP treatment!!!

    This place blew my mind on the cleanliness and the high quality of service I received here the staff was so friendly and attentive to everyone we were treated like a VIP!!! This is my 4th time visiting here and every time it only gets better. My wife and I were having dinner and out of the blue the chef and his helper asked my wife if she wouldn’t mind them making a special dessert for us and they came back with a delicious sweet potato vanilla ice cream dessert that was really good. I will definitely be coming back to this paradise.
