    Noisy noisy noisy. Food is ok.

    Do not pay the extra $ to stay in the preferred club hacienda suite. It is in the main building with a coffee shop and lobby on the interior side of the room and then a bar and night club outside. The terrace overlooks the court yard where a golf cart drops of guests all day long. It feels like you’re in the airport. The buffet dinner was ok but nothing special. They kept running out of plates. I do not recommend.

    We had fun

    Had a wonderful experience at Tulum Dreams. Ronny, Angel and everyone in the entertainment team did a great job with activities and presentations. Servers, cooks, spa personnel, maintenance and everyone at the resort greeted and treated us with a smile. We look forward to a return visit.

    Wonderful hospitality

    Everyone at the resort was super welcoming and kind, especially Angel and Ronnie, and they were super helpful to every guest. While some of the food portions were small and little nitpicks here and there, it is a definite recommend to come and stay.

    Absolutely in love with Mexico

    Such amazing people, amazing service and a beautiful experience overall:) I was so happy to experience the beauty of my culture and people! I loved absolutely everything single part of my stay and am so excited to come again and tell my family and friends all about it!

    We had family fun!

    Our family of four had a very good time at the resort. The employees there were very nice, especially Ronny and Angel. They taught us some Spanish and played chess with our daughter. Angel wanted no part of my ping pong, lol. The grounds are beautiful, immaculate and clean. Iguanas everywhere, so the kids had fun spotting them. Very impressed with how clean the washrooms were. There are also many activities there for both adults and families. We enjoyed the fire show, headphone dance party and coconuts on the beach. Not our pre-teen son because he thinks everything is lame. The hotel was not crowed and short waits for dinner are a plus. My only gripes were that the food was just okay, the drinks are a little weak and poolsidedinner service was kinda slow. The hotel itself is older so don't expect a modern experience. Our air-conditioning went out one night and it was humid. They did provide us with a fan that night which helped. The air conditioner was fixed the next day after we came back from and excursion, so it's all good.
