    - Vista Prime restaurant will be designated for Preferred Club guests only.
    Vista Prime is an asado-style restaurant based on the grilling and barbecue methods used throughout South America. The shift in availability reflects the elevated restaurant experience, including the premier rooftop location boating panoramic views of Cancun, a chef and sommelier guided culinary experience offering the option of dry aged meat with an open kitchen concept, and an expansive mixology menu and top selection of wines.

    Great experience

    It was a great trip super fun and so many activities, the activity people were great. Maxx and David did a great. I had so much fun with them There is big pool and a sick golf course. The beach was great and you could play volleyball and the music is great, and the dinner is amazing. Definitely recommend.

    Hotel bueno, peros, alberca de niños totalmente fría y calidad de destilados muy mala. Comida buena, limpieza muy buena, personal altamente amable y eficiente, instalaciones cuidadas y bien. Son únicos peros. Por lo demás si recomiendo.

    Great Service!

    We enjoyed our stay here. The employees were very friendly and helpful. This was the best service I have ever received in Cancun. The food was delicious and there were a decent amount of options. We also appreciated the cleanliness of all the restaurants. The room was spotless. The pools were nice but they always seemed to be pretty full. The beach was not the nicest but there are lounge chairs and wait staff there as well as a beach bar. The resort had a fun atmosphere overall and I would recommend it.

    Family vacation

    Staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. This resort is family oriented, and a great place to relax, be pampered or go off on excursions. The rooms are cleaned twice daily and very comfortable. Food was delicious and plentiful. Beverage options from coffee to smoothies and cocktails are numerous and readily available. Staff goes the extra steps to accommodate. We had a lovely time.

    Great FAMILY resort.

    Great Family resort. Everything we experienced was great. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. We did not upgrade to preferred due to traveling with 4 children. Note-This is a FAMILY resort. If you are looking for a place without children, this is not your place. Our kids really enjoyed all of the access they had to everything from the pool to the game room. We would return.
