The resort, staff, food & ambiance are amazing! We went preferred & for this resort, I really think it's worth the extra money. The preferred rooftop pool is incredible. I can't say enough about the amazing staff. They do everything possible to ensure your every need is attended to. We especially loved Dania, Brian, Jessica, Aramis & Albin. The restaurants are amazing and drinks are great! Vista Prime at sunset is incredible. Staff are continually keeping the beach looking its best, raking & tidying up everyday. The resort is very clean & we would definitely return. Dont miss the tacos by the beach, they are amazing! The only negative was the experience we had with our room. We booked the hottub, honeymoon suite. No where in our booking did it state that there are "jail like" bars covering the balcony & obstructing the view for that room category. The process to change rooms was not easy & the preferred club manager was not very nice or accommodating about it initially. It took two days, but we were finally offered a different room. It was much smaller & we had to take a downgrade for it, which we did because the view is everything. Overall amazing resort, we will return.

The buffet food was cold and the restaurants were sub par. Our room felt luxurious and had a great view of the ocean. The staff were very helpful and the pool was vey nice. There is not much of a beach. Resort is some what secluded. A taxi ride anywhere can cost up to $100. We wont be staying there again.

Great family vacation!
This is a wonderful hotel experience! So family friendly, but also great for adults. We enjoyed the kid options for every meal, the friendliness of staff, the service was awesome, and the food was delicious. The beach was also beautiful! Great time had by all!

Very happy with our stay. We upgraded to preferred club as it was just myself and my husband and we like to have some space from children on our vacation. The adults only roof top was great. Can't say enough about our service from Jessica, Dania, and Brian. Our room was great, food was good.

Beautiful stay at this resort.
I had the most wonderful experience at this resort. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I frequented the Coco coffee cafe multiple times throughout the day, and I have to say that Teo, Perla and Isabel were the best. The Mexican coffee in the morning and cookies in the afternoon were divine. Can't wait to return. The rooms were above and beyond clean and well stocked daily. Restaurants are a must as they did not disappoint. Prime steak was my favorite and served the best cheese ice cream with berry sauce.
