    Resort nel paradiso

    Resort pazzesco, abbiamo vissuto un sogno. tutto incluso, svariati ristoranti da provare nel resort. Per la zona della Romana è il meglio che ci sia. Consiglio di effettuare le escursioni con Franconero. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana ma si stava così bene che saremmo rimasti di più ogni confort possibile in questo resort vivrete il lusso della vacanza senza pensieri.

    We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect and the service was great . Michael Campbell helped us from the moment we arrived and was available via text our entire trip to handle anything we needed. The beach was great, and the pool was just as good. We will be back!

    Beach is short but beautiful, resort is clean and the people are friendly!

    We loved just about everything! Almost all of the people we interacted with were great. It started with Hector on the phone and email that helped with the ‘pre’ stuff. Great guy and SO VERY helpful! Oscar the bellhop brought us in and was a DELIGHT! Showed us our room and all the things you would have a question about. Laura checked us in, answered all our questions about all the things, and continued to answer them with a smile on her face every time we asked over the next couple of days - pure gem- 5++ stars! There was Bianca for breakfast with her great smile and a fist bump greeting. Angel and Franklin for romantic dinner - wonderful. Especially Franklin who we saw three of our 4 dinners - great smile and personality! We had a massage with Antonia and Cruz I think (need to get better with names!) And it was amazing! There was a lady that ‘sold’ us the Sunday cabana – Roselyn maybe? (again, names) who was sweet and took really good care of us. Finally Rodolfo and Miguel got us (sadly) from room to car for leaving (Rodolfo the strongest bellhop)! Overall the people we met were great. We had a few that seemed unfortunately unhappy to be there (Mare restaurant- both for dinner and breakfast) but otherwise GREAT folks. Our room was great - large and comfortable, great walk in shower. Very well appointed! The location is mostly great. The ONLY downside for us was we expected to walk miles up and down the beach, and while the beach IS beautiful, it’s only a couple (maybe 3) football fields long. Not ‘let’s take a long walk’ type place. The rest of the location is great. Very clean, well-manicured, friendly faces from everyone you pass. There is a family side and we worried about kids being loud but it was never an issue. The food is plentiful and the drinks yummy. Some people mention in reviews that this resort feels isolated. It's actually one of the things we liked. There weren't 10 huge resorts all in a row with all those people. That was the downside for the small (but very beautiful beach) and not sure I would like it for more than a long weekend, but for a long weekend it was pretty close to perfection. Can’t wait to do it again!!!

    Séjour République dominicaine HOTEL HILTON BAYAHIBA LA ROMANA

    Nous venons de rentrer après 10 jours passés dans cet hôtel. C'est la deuxième année que l'on séjourne dans cet hôtel qui nous avait semblé sans reproche........ Un ensemble harmonieux et soigné. Belle plage; deux piscines du côté adulte. Nombreux restaurants à thème (français, italien, japonais,...), en plus de qualité; possibilité de manger sur la plage. Excursion et plongée sont possibles sur place. En outre, nous étions en formule PREMIUM avec une conciergerie qui nous était réservée. De manière générale, les employés sont souriants et à votre service. Un point négatif que je n'avais pas l'année dernière, on nous a attribué une chambre mais pas celle que l'on avait en 2024 ou l'on a été gêné par des voisins bruyants (américains) et sans respect des autres, à tel point que l'on a du faire appel à la réception la deuxième nuit pour que ce tapage cesse, ce qui a été fait rapidement mais malheureusement qui a été remplacé par le son des ébats bruyants d'un couple nous empêchant d'avoir nous-même notre intimité et de passer des nuits réparatrices après de belles journées. Constat est fait que les parois séparant les chambres ne sont pourvues d'aucune isolation phonique.......DOMMAGE.......DOMMAGE......

    Overdue vacation

    First the resort is huge. My wife and I had the advantage of being a Diamond status and thus Enclave status at this hotel. The afforded us a separate pool and lounge areas. The rooms are quite (adult only) and comfortable. The was friendly and they provided wonderfull service. The only downside was getting used to the food, this took a couple of days for us and after that period of time we adjusted . Beautiful resort
