Overall, the resort is pretty great compared to another I've been to. Rolando was AMAZING at El Patio. I even wanted to try a wild cocktail idea and he got the staff together to make it happen. The food is amazing, 100% recommend the papaya dessert.

Entertainment needs improvements, there are few entertainment you can go to, especially in the evening. Other than the dancing place, you will only stay in the lobby for the evening, I wish there are other shows and live entertainment that can be added.

HydroTherapy!
The hydrotherapy spa was amazing! Having an assistant walk you through the process was super helpful. You don't need a massage afterward but it is icing on the cake. The couples massage was well done and relaxing. Make sure you take your bathing suite!

Some beautiful fun in the sun
We had a blast here. Read a lot of reviews about the food not being great, but honestly, we loved all the dinners we had here. Everyone that works here is super friendly and accommodating. The pool gets super crowded, but the beach is to die for.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
This was my 16th visit here since 2010 and every year it gets better. It started with Alonso who did everything possible to try & get us in our requested room. He even offered to move us. Next we experienced the awesome service from Alexander. He carried our luggage down steps when there were no ramps available very willingly. We had excellent service during the day from Paulina, Ignacio & Santos. For refreshments, Santiago did a great job with the mimosa cart & Victor & Richardo’s ALWAYS keeps everyone hydrated! Freddy is a great pool concierge making everyone feel special! For our evening, Teofilo went above & beyond anything I could have asked imagined. Having our drinks ready & selecting a perfect meal made our evening’s spectacular! It was nice for Jessica to stop by to make sure everything was perfect! To round out this perfect trip I MUST mention Adrian the resort’s managing chef! He is one of a kind making some of the most delicious, unique, and beautiful dishes we have ever had! I cannot say thanks enough to Dreams for having this top notch team! Wow! Wow! Wow!
